My first experience with this site and I found it very helpful for me. Learning the fundamentals of playing jazz piano is one thing but putting it all together has been a very slow learning curve. Having the chord/ scale changes laid out on the ledger sheet like that is much easier for me. Thanks so much!

I am studying this piece and learning your different approaches (melody + rootless LH, comping with different voicings etc.) but I'm wondering how you would approach the last step i.e. a solo piano arrangement. I'm hoping that after I learn all of your different approaches, I can improvise a solo arrangement to some degree, but I was wondering if you had a general approach to this. Basically, how to get the bass + melody + those sweet extensions (b13 etc.) fluently in a solo arrangement.
