So exciting to see a revival of the project 10 pan videos! I feel like it's a great way to be more mindful of our consumption with regards to beauty products - often youtube can feel like its just encouraging me to buy every new product that comes out and this feels like such a great way to counter that!
In true minimalist fashion, I actually only own like 10 makeup items (I have wildly sensitive skin, no storage in my flat, and I wear minimal makeup all the time *anyway*). But I love the idea of really getting to the bottom of products and wasting less product! Plus, as someone who researches Staph infections for a living: USE UP CREAM PRODUCTS QUICKLY EVERYONE 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Katie Parrish Wow 10 items is a very small amount 😲 I‘m not a maximalist in makeup, but I have a lot more. I have sensitive skin, too and I’m curious what you use? Would you tell me? 🤗
I am minimalist the same when it comes to make up. I have 1xPrimer, 1xFoundation, 1xbronzer that I use for eyeshadow also.1x highlighter (that I barely ever use) 1xmascara, 2xlipglosses and an eyebrow gel. I use two different sized brushes.
So happy you're doing a project pan! The panning community has grown so much in the past few years! It's so nice to see more and more people changing from constant new hauls to using up the stuff they own! I've been panning beauty products since 2014 and it feels so good!
Anna! I DM’d you yesterday - they aren’t discontinuing Soba, they’re just reformulating and will be releasing it again permanently with the same formula as the shadows in the Loud & Clear collection (which are lovely). Yay!
I’ve got more eyes shadows than one woman probably needs in a lifetime so my aim is to use loads up this year! I was obsessed with Laura she was on of the first people I ever watched along with Elle Fowler x
Yaaay welcome to the project pan community ❤ you have such reasonable goals too. I project pan pretty much exclusively on my channel and i love that you chose 10 and didnt overwhelm yourself. Best of luck❤
Yes to project pan! I recently decluterred my make up collection and added 8 products to my project pan list: one bronzer, one highlighter, two lipsticks, one blush and some eyeshadows. Btw, has anyone ever hit pan on the Soleil Tan de Chanel? Please update us on your project pan.
@@elizabethsmith1803 You should feel proud! You have probably achieved the impossible! Plus I think it's always a great satisfaction to use up a product that is really pricey. How long did it take you?
LOVE THIS! This concept is great for you to use what you love, us get inspo about what is truly so “glorious” that we’d use it everyday, I mean...capsule vanity for the win!
I’ve minimized my makeup drastically in the last year. I only keep 2 foundations, 1 mascara, and 1 primer at a time. So I finish all that stuff before buying new ones. I am working on finishing a Becca sunrise bronzer that I’ve hit pan on and my Charlotte tilbury contour and beauty light wand. They are almost finished and once they are gone I get to open my new coverfx bronzer drops. I got the Matte and glowy ones for spring and summer. ❤️
I love that you are throwing it back old school and I too loved Laura when she was on YT. I have since started panning myself and last year was pretty successful so I am project panning again this year. It is so satisfying to finish things up and hit pan - in fact yesterday I hit pan in a highlighter and that was amazing! I can't wait to see how you do with this. And I love the monochrome eye/outfit its awesome ;)
Absolutely love this idea. I’ve actively been trying to get through products, mainly base, but I like the idea of focusing on specific products I think I’m gna try it!
I wear very little makeup but use the Tan de Chanel most days. It takes me close to two years to even come close to seeing bottom. It doesn’t turn or spoil so it is okay that it takes so long to use.
This is a fantastic idea. I should probably do it as well. Right now I am rotating my eyeshadow palettes every Saturday to make sure that I get use out of what I have.
I am addicted to your videos and enjoy panning stuff, it calms me down a lot. I have just started working for a new company and am stressed out. Thank you for posting this video 💓
Hi Anna, you have big plans. It took me 2.5 years to use up the complete bronzer (exclusive use). I have been making project pans and videos for 2 years now and what is really difficult for me: lipsticks, powder highlighters, eyeshaddows and blush. The rest actually works. I think it's great that you only want to achieve a pan with some products. Sometimes the product becomes really annoying when you want to / have to empty it completely. Great video, thanks for that and best regards from Germany... Melanie
Ah okay... Here are my Products: LOV Primer, Becca Foundation, Catrice Powder, Colour Pop Bronzer, CT Highlighter, essence Concealer, Rdl Cushion Blush, Tarte Tease Palette, bite Lipstick, a tiu Lipliner and a Inglot Nagelpolish. :-)
Loved the video Anna. Arna Alayne uses her beauty blender in the Chanel bronzer and it looks gorgeous (you wouldn’t get any brush hairs in it then, just a thought 😉) 💖
Good luck with these products. I love watching and creating project pan videos. There's so many awesome project panners on here if you're ever looking for inspiration.
Pop the agave balm onto your cuticles during your evening routine 😁 that’ll help you get to the end of it and it’s the only thing saving my poor nails this winter
I have an ABH brow powder duo I need to finish because I mainly just use a pencil these days, and a pot of MAC Groundwork that I keep dropping on my bathroom tiles and chipping the lid... it's just a matter of time before the jar breaks. And I need to pick at least 1 cream blush to finish! Good luck finishing your products Anna!
I'm trying to use all my products more in general! I created a schedule so each product gets a week of straight use and hopefully that will help me use things up so I can downsize my products.
Have you tried mixing the by terry cc serum with the make up forever reboot? I’m enjoying the make up forever reboot foundation and thinking of trying the by terry cc serum not sure to get apricot colour or the sunny flash.
Anna! Saw this video this morning at 5am (when I get up to get ready) and never clicked on a video so fast...I had to check when it was uploaded to make sure it wasn’t old either hahaha! I love project pans and I feel like I’m always working on my own list of products!
I’m very interested to hear your opinion of the VB eye brick. I can’t find reviews past first impressions. I’m curious how the product is as it’s being used up. As you hit pan or get close to the borders between 2 colors, etc.
ok this actually gets me excited to use up products. Definitely going to use up my glossier clear gloss, hopefully a few lip pencils and my dior undereye concealer!
This inspires me to use up my products as well. A few I want to use up are: 1) Mac face and body foundation 2) Smashbox primerizer 3) RMS beauty Concealer 4) Loreal paris Lumi Glotion 5) Lancome skin feels good foundation Loved THIS VIDEOOOO....XXOXOXOXOOXOX
I have a Zee palette with room for 9 eye shadow pans. I remove eye shadow and small cheek colour pans from larger underused palettes and make my own custom face palette which I use every day. I also dig out the lipstick from my favourite used up lipsticks and melt them it into one of the pans.At the moment in my everyday Zee palette I have one light blush colour, one burgundy eye shadow which can also be used as a blush (if applied sparingly). One every day lip colour and 6 of my favourite eye shadow colours ranging from highlighters to brown and black eye liner shadows. This stays in my everyday makeup bag and is great for travel or going to the gym. I enjoy it when I hit pan and use up one of the products so that I can choose a new selection!
Love this! It’s such a sense of achievement when you finally finish something you’ve had for ages! I finished a large Mac Face and Body this week and it made me so happy! (Surprised you didn’t include an IT Cosmetics CC cream in there - or is that too easy?!) I’m now using up an old Mac blusher and old Mac pigment (for Back to Mac scheme) as well as an old Laura Mercier Secret Camouflage. Taking all my beauty empties to the John Lewis TerraCycle recycling scheme for £5 off too. Love a good project pan! X
loved this! thought: you should have a Sarah Mitchenall moment and paint your room burnt orangey-terracottey to compliment your bed spread/painting on the wall! ... maybe not but I think it’d look so fab! love from Canada ❤️
Oofff I love this. I am on such a no-buy unless it's a skincare or face product I've actually used up. Buuut apparently the vib Sephora sale will be at the end of April... Do I buy the new Reboot foundation to hoard? Cuz I definitely will not be rouge again next year 🤔
Agave is pronounced 'uh-gaa-vei', not 'a-gave'. That stuff is solid gold though. Your shadow and shirt look great together - sometimes matching just works!
I'm usually panning all my products quickly. I focus on the same ones all the time and then rotate a new Bronzer in when I'm done with the old one. I'm glad to see you wanting to use up not eof your products :)
For that Armani primer I hope you'll cut it open to really use it all up. Squeezing it upwards isn't really ideal what with gravity existing and I can guarantee you have 70% more product stuck on the walls than you think. Really makes you think and appreciate how much product is actually packed into these tubes!
I really want to try and use up some eye shadow palettes this year, as I always use the same few colours and leave the rest barely touched! I want to find out all my cream products now to use those up too...
Hey, absolutely love your video!! Do you maybe have a dupe for the westman atelier face trace? Maybe the rms buriti bronzer? What do you think about the buriti? Best wishes! Jella😘
Love this video Anna :) Am I the only one who doesn't like the chanel tan de soleil? I find it very orange looking and reminds me of the orange bronzers we used to use in the 2000's! X

I loooove “vintage” UA-cam, I think I will set myself this goal 10 pans, and I’m going to try putting myself on a no-buy until the end of the financial year 😭

I hit pan on my Marc Jacobs Tantastic bronzer..if I can tackle that beast this year itd be an accomplishment. Especially since I have a back-up, haha!!
That pink cushion on the bed has a face 😂
Debbie Patrick I see it! Large forehead...face on bottom corner. How random 🤣🤣
I cant unsee it now 😂
Someone mentioned that in the comments of the last video as well!!!
I cannot unsee this!!!!
Yass

I've had the Chanel bronzer forever and when I hit pan I literally gasped! 😂 Giant surprise since it seems to never quit
Did u notice that the pillow behind you look like a grumpy person face
🤣👏
Will you do monthly updates? I’ve been watching other panning videos constantly, obsessed! Absolutely buzzing that you’ve made this video! 👌🏼

Was listening to this in work and a colleague overheard “if I could just see the bottom” and I had to explain project pan 😂😂😂
I'd love to get my hands on the Victoria Beckham eyeshadow palette

Soleil Tan De Chanel seems ✨glorious✨ but... the price :( can you suggest me a similar but cheapest one?
