Damn, the hosts in China are so much better than in the US, she was elegant had smart questions, a sense of humor and didn't steel the show like some do here. Very nicely done!

Hey yeah lol, I actually did a search on her after I saw that video and I did discover that... still though, I can't remember her name but there is a host from a chinese national tv (mainland not HK) that did an interview with Elon and it was really impressive. I guess I just amalgamated both occurences of Elon talking to a chinese public. In the end I guess I discovered that CNN isn't just garbage. ;-)
Gabriel Brandt interesting. I agree with you though in that it seems the American interviewers mostly care about the business side of elon's companies and have no sense for their revolutionary breakthroughs in design and engineering

Wow I really like the interviewer. Probably one of the best interviewer Elon had to luxury of chatting with. She asked many intelligent and relevant questions without disrupting Elon's chain of though. Not like those Recode's interviewers who were animals of the worst kind.
What an excellent interview. The lady who led asked all the perfect questions and seemed really well spoken.
I know this has been said several times before, but this is hands down the best interview of Elon Musk I have ever seen. She did her research, she calmed him down (he often seems very nervous), and she let him talk. Extremely impressed.

Yes, I also think it's an unusually interesting interview, and I wish we could have more like this. She's very good and he seems more relaxed and interested as ND actually shared more with us. I think he's brilliant, I also have social troubles and he's very inspirational. I would love to discuss God with him somehow but not sure what platform to use to better my odds of having his attention for a few minutes...and I'd love to see him become a democratic socialist, but that's next week...lol

Putting your mind on the cloud is literally (and mean literally) selling your soul to company.
I admire Ellon's efforts, but merging the human biology with the digital realm is beyond dangerous. People just don't think about the implications. Basically you lose control of your own body. Whoever controls the grid controls you.

We talked about Elon and other successful people among friends. Americans more and more hate highly successful people. I see Elon like this; first saying i am not interest in personally going to space or mars. I see Elon as man who spent his wealth in following his dreams and willing to work whatever part of life hours it takes. I admire him and see him as same as many who built America by work and leadership I am sure government will attack him because government wants to control everything. as politicians. America is becoming more liberal which hates individual success and power it brings in fields.
This was a brilliant interview from both sides. As far as the sign on the mic goes, Elon chose which mic to use and is not a big deal. Don't pick apart a good interview.

Friends visiting from Michigan met us at the Arundel Station in a hire Toyota car dual system fuel and. Electric self charging. Was a smooth quiet ride to our destination seems a good way forward. I believe Tesla needs to be revised. Thus no need to have all these Power Points to charge the battery also more economical best for sustainable energy or maybe have solar panels energy.
Watching this in 2021. Its funny to see how everyone laughs at how big his goals were back then.

Elon is a very kind and smart man, he is the owner of Tesla, Space X , Paypa and more, he is a genius, he makes super intelligent smart machines, I think he is one of the best businessman in USA, and very rich too.

25:20 a perfect car would be able to go 1100 miles on one charge because that's how long a person can drive in 16 hours. 70 MPH X 16 hours. Then you can stop at a rest stop with a charger station and recharge while you sleep for 6 to 8 hours! Personal drivers don't follow truck drivers rules!
