My son is very hyper. We want him to calm down. Do you know any supplements to calm down the hyper activity..?

You can use magnesium supplement to calm him down but consult your doctor and ask for the dosage. Thera are other medicines too but you need a prescription for it.

First try GFCF diet and see if he calms down. Atleast try this diet for 3 months and observe if there are any improvements in the behaviours.
