    I’m a woman and I take 200mg of L-Theanine once a day on an empty stomach. It has made a HUGE difference in my life! I developed severe anxiety after experiencing a panic attack due to stress. I feel more relaxed, no more feeling on edge, heart palpitations, it lowered my hr, I’m more focused, less muscle tension, no more tight chest or pit in the stomach feeling, and it uplifted my mood. Side effects include: a slight headache, increased bowel movement and libido. I’ll take this any day over the horrible physical symptoms of anxiety. I call it the miracle pill for stress & anxiety. I’m so grateful that I finally found something natural that works for me.

      Thank you for this comment. I have used L theanine for 2 days already and felt significant difference with my anxiety. 200mg x 2 a day for my severe anxiety after a big panic attack. My jaw then has loosened up and my globus sensation renoved. My tongue didn't feel swollen from anxiety. I feel relaxed. Slept better and hoping for the best for the days to come. I also felt like my thoughts do not wander around unlike before with severe catastrophic thoughts. Thank you for sharing your journey, made a lot of difference from someone across the globe.

    Im a functional nutritionist and I have to say that gut and brain are linked , In other words when your gut is off your brain is off , causing brain fog as well as anxiety ,, most people think that brain fog is hormonal issues , however it is really caused by gut dysbiosis or sometimes even leaky gut . I’m saying all this bc I had lots of anxiety many years ago and it was SIBO ( small intestinal bacteria overgrowth) very common . Once I fixed that anxiety all went away ,, never had it again … forward to today started having it and I think I have Candida overgrowth in my gut .. functional medicine finds the root cause … get tested and find your root cause and get it treated . 😊

    Great video. You seem like a nice person. You did a great job. I’ve been on Klonopin for bout 6 months for anxiety. I only take.5 mg per day but can tell I need more so I’m hoping this L-Theanine will take the edge off and hopefully allow me to wean off the Benzos.

      Be careful with the Klonopin. Benzos are sneaky and the dependency they can cause is wild. Don't mean to scare, it's just that most people (and doctors) don't realize how powerful benzos are.

    Thank you for your review. I experienced exactly the same as you taking L-Theanine. A headache. I took 100mg x 2 per day, had terrible headache, my research suggested it caused low blood pressure. Then I went down to 50mg x 1 per day. Today I’m trying 100mg x 1 in the morning on an empty stomach. I too felt I was getting into loop of worrying over whether I would need the loo. I tried this lower dose and felt calmer. I want to get to the state where I can call on it when I need it. I bought the loose powder. I might buy some empty capsules and fill them with the dose I want. Nice review. I noticed this apathy especially. Theanine is not a long term solution, it is a nice and quick meditation pill when you want it, short term. The long term solution is to lower the anxiety levels by will, progressively, with daily deep relaxations. Let us keep experimenting and reviewing ;)

    • @FeelingIsHealing
      @FeelingIsHealing  2 роки тому +2

      Thanks Leo, great points! I agree, the end goal should be to do what we can to look within in order to heal, in the meantime it's okay to use supplements or antidepressants if they're really needed for some stability, not to use as a crutch, but as a springboard to work on yourself and your deep rooted issues. Yes, life is all in the experimenting and figuring out what works for us :D
