Why is this short tutorial 1000% easier than all the “pretty hand lettering” tutorials that are out there? Thanks for breaking it down.
Hah glad it was helpful!
I just want to say that buying your brushes was 1000000% worth it. It’s made drawing digitally more fun for me and I own other retro supply brushes but yours are the best
Thanks for sharing!! That’s so great to hear!
I love doing hand lettering, need to do it more. Thanks for the vid ✌🏻

I had no idea what lettering was until I found your channel a few months ago. I also had no idea I was already into it too. I make these weird videos animating lyrics to music and I was wondering how to improve this niche craft and your content made everything so clear. My work's improved a lot thanks to you.
Didn't intend to self promo I just really wanna say how much you've helped me.
Oh cool! Glad my videos have been helpful!
I so love your videos. They are now my "go-to" to start my day. It really feels like you are talking to 'me' and your casual conversational style makes me laugh. On top of that, your tips are amazing. You entertain while teaching. And learning should be fun! 😃😃 Thank you.

I just recently started illustrating in Adobe Fresco and by watching your videos I learned a lot and fell in love with this new hobby of mine.
Big up! 👌🏻✌🏻🙂
Thank you! That’s so nice to hear!
Watching your videos gives me always a great pleasure, similar to watching good cooking shows. The ones where someone makes everything look so elegant and effortless that I end up thinking: oh, that souffle stuffed with goose liver mousse lookes totaly doable, I should try that. Seriously though - very inspiring!
Haha thanks so much!!
Stoked for your videos always! Thanks Chris!
Glad you like them!
This reminded me of mimicking the cool NBA team names they were putting on the hats in the 90s. Great tips, Chris!
After I googled, its the 90s graffiti type look. If only we could go back in time and re-design those!!!
Cool, thanks!
Oh, wow! I’m so happy to find you! Your materials are amazing! Thank you! Hello from Ukraine ❤
Thank you so much!

Fantastic video, reminds of all the ways to move an idea forward when I just cannot get the lettering right. And I kinda wish I didn't already have all the brushes you've curated from Retro...
