    Peanut butter is a good source of protein. It is used by low income households as a good substitute for meat. So once you have included peanut butter in the dish you don’t need meat. Same goes for beans.

      Kunyepa. My grandma used to cook nyama ine dovi and also beans and beef mixed kumusha. It’s never used as a meat substitute

    You're so cute, my word, your vibe is just giving sunny days. I don't particularly have a favourite. Sadza is good with literally anything as long as you cook it well but I guess sadza nemaguru/zondo/knucklebones hit a different spot

    Nicely done Lea looks delicious 🤤, my favorite is muboora (ask Tatenda which veggie that is I don’t know what it’s English name is lol) with peanut butter. Loved watching you cook 👩‍🍳 Tatenda is really blessed hey I see he has a chief of a wife ❤️❤️❤️stay safe 😘

    I love the grocery prices there,so so much cheaper for those who can afford it,here in SA you need R5000 to buy all that, can't even mention rent here, anyways Makoti the pap didn't pop enough,give it some time

      Lol and how many time we cut ourselves chopping Veggies with a knife at first I thought yeah nah but then it kinda grows on you. I think it’s ok to scissor them

    Would love to taste the peanut butter greens though. Never seen it being done that way. Honestly the end result looks soooo deliciously yummy 😋.

      Yep I was going through comments specifically for this I didn’t want to comment and hurt her feelings, she tried and I think for some of the hardest recipes to cook she did well. But Sadza needs more practice to master it. I still give her a standing ovation for sure.
