Baby Yoda has never been an official name, and so should be discouraged from further use in case it hurts marketing sales.

Agreed, he was so lovely and funny on SNL recently…I became an even bigger fan!! I wish he’d take more parts showing his lighter, humorous side but alas, we’ll take him any way we can get him. He also seems like the most gracious guest. Booo on Helen who totally ignored Pedro and Ariana when she first sat down!
@@DebKiwi he played two silly characters in two recent movies “the unbearable weight of a massive talent” (great movie, hilarious) and “the bubble” (the movie is very silly, Pedro saves it lol)
He’s legit hilarious in both movies and I think they both show he’s got a lot of range

I even recently told my husband I want to watch it again because I thought Nic and Pedro were hilarious together and seemed to have wonderful comradely (glad to see NC make a comeback). Also started watching The Bubble but it wasn’t really my cup of tea. Definitely looking forward to Pedro’s future projects and hubs and I are watching The Last of Us each week. I was hurting for Pedro with all the Mom talk, knowing how he lost his. Happy he gets to share his success with his Dad. I just adore Pedro, such a genuine person, and yes...Biblically gorgeous.
Sometimes it's nice to hear love continue to go on in the world around you when you ve had a loss like that. He'll see his mother again one day.

Perhaps because that was a long time ago now, maybe he just accepted it at this point. I mean, I’m not saying that it doesn’t affect him, but he is not dying for it.
Pedro took his mother's maiden last name, Pascal, after her death.
Grief fades, you know, and the good memories replace it as the years go by.
Grief doesn't "fade" and it's not something you "accept", however life goes on and one learns to live with it and deal with the fact that others have different experiences
I love that Pedro is a really authentic person and he shows it, he moves, reacts and says what it comes from inside of him. He's down to earth and humble and at the same time he's confident and smart. And that's a really good example for people nowadays when everything can seem fake and rushed and people pay a lot of attention of what others think of them and they act demure.
I think it's bcz he found fame at a later time in life when he and his brain has developed fully, mentally emotionally, and understands the working of the world a lot more, and is his own man. Many kids who find fame early in their lives(so like 60% of this age celebrities) kind of either get stuck on that age of their life when they became famous or if they do develop past that, the same does things to their self-esteem and social skills, and they spiral down bad. It's not their fault. It's the parents fault for not providing a safety net for their kids.

You can tell he’s also slightly tipsy here from the drinks, and enjoying himself. Part of the fun of this show is that they allow them to drink backstage before they come out for the interview, and some of the guests have clearly drunk a bit. It’s a great tactic to loosen them up before they come out.
However, you also get Marky Mark drunk out of his mind and molesting Graham Norton.
The chemistry between them is unreal. Please someone, give us a romantic comedy for grown-ups with Dame Helen and Pedro Pascal!

This is what I love about the Graham Norton Show. He makes everyone act like their real selves. Pedro Pascal is fuckin adorable in this episode. So happy to be there yet still a little nervous
Graham Norton never fails to impress me with how he engages with all these different celebrities all at one time on the couch, while giving each one plenty of space and time to talk.

Yah so much better than the chat shows here. It’s always one guest at a time and they never talk to the music act. On Graham’s he has all the guests together the whole time and it’s fun seeing them interact and joke around.

I find that most first-timers on Graham's couch (take that as you will) are a bit nervous because they are not used to this type of format and/ or humor or a great host who don't talk over them. But I'll guarantee you he won't be as nervous next time he visits.

Yes, I absolutely agree that the hairdo does not suit her. I've seen her in so many different hair styles, but this one does not do her any justice. She should sport a shorter crop that's similar to Dame Judith Dench. She would look good in that.

I think that Graham is one of the most delightful talk-show hosts working today. He is so much fun to watch.
Didn't grow up with this amazing show but learned my second language, which is English, very quickly through interviews and late night shows like this one and have been enjoying it for a good 10 years now. It's such a nice atmosphere on the couch and every star feels welcome, they really are allowed to just be comfortable and chat. This was such a lovely group tonight. Love them all ❤️

Love this show it's always so fun. I did feel for Pedro a bit when the ladies were talking about sharing their success with their Moms as Pedro lost his Mom to suicide 20 years ago so she never got to see his success.
Graham Norton is THE best talk show host. He always makes sure everyone gets equal time to shine. All of the guests are clearly having the best of times which may have SOMETHING to do with the fact that they are given alcoholic bevvies to imbibe. But it makes for such a great show as we see here as the guests will talk to each other as people do when they are sitting on a chesterfield at someone’s house. And, of course, there is Graham himself whom I consider to the the bee’s knees!
I want Pedro and Helen to star in a film together. They are both so delightful.

I’ve really felt so bad for Pedro when Ariana and Dame Helen started talking about their mums having fun. Pedro’s mum apparently died by suicide when he was still young. It was very courteous of Graham to quickly and gracefully change the subject. Pedro looked really alone for a few seconds :-(

How great is it that Helen Mirren is allowing herself to age naturally (I assume), especially when she is also known for her looks. Still gorgeous to me because she's Helen. I wish more American celebs, and maybe there are, would feel free enough to do the same without getting all the hate, which they end up getting anyway for the plastic surgery.
