Paris Todd is special. She speeds it up and gets an easy 2nd shot almost every time.

These announcers TALK TOO MUCH DURING THE POINTS ABOUT THINGS THAT HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE MATCH! I wish there was a separate sound track with just the court mikes. Or just get em a podcast where they can speak into the ether without disturbing the action on the court.

I would like to see some points from the side camera (and not too high). I believe speed of the ball is important and side view is better for that. Check 37:40m. View from behind is like slow motion...
I still can't believe that this sport draws so many spectators. I understand that for tennis but, giant ping pong? I guess we will be filling wiffle ball stadiums next.
I wish the commentator would stop talking about himself and start focussing on the game. In fact stop talking altogether when they are playing.
This announcer at the beginning needs to be prepared before he starts talking.
And she needs to let the whole rain delay debate GO! WHO CARES?! There is great play happening in front of her and all she can do is insist on proving her point on past rain delays 🤦 such an amateur.

If we remember correctly, we don't think so. Sometimes the camera angles make it hard to tell.
Wow, one of the best quips was from one of the commentators on his overindulgence of Coke products! I'm in my 70's now, and haven't had a soda since I was a teenager, as it's just NOT good for you, or healthy! I wonder if he's seen what Coke can do to specific products, such as metal, or even a tooth, where it basically dissolves them? Great Pickleball by the way, all very equal in their play!

I don't have a feeling that we, amateurs in the 60+ category, are playing worse at our club. The same punches, the same serve, the same number of errors, the same combinations (there are even more interesting).
Where we play, we keep hearing from female players, asking us to slow down the game, as they don't like the hard shots. So, we comply of course, but it does throw our game off!
How is it possible the announcers are as annoying as Joe Buck? Great game though!!
Maybe they should spend a little money and have 'challenges' and instant replay!!!

I kept yelling, check the video...albeit, I would think by now, someone has! What is this, 1955...no video replay? Why can they not use 'your' feed in such situations? That judge will both feel bad, and be characterized for a bad call for a good long time on this one! So, with the call 'standing' I won't watch the rest of this, unsure of who wins, as such a bad call does it for me. Absolutely terrible call, yet up to this point he was flawless...too bad.

What a jackass! At the 16:35 minute. Simone was in great position. She broke perfectly to disguise the poach and just missed by hitting the tape. Let's focus on quality commentating and not narcistic "look at me" commentary. Kudos to the other announcers by professionally holding "Chad" accountable.

The play is over @ 16:35 minute mark. Actually it was over @16:30 and so that the play can be seen you should have stated @ 16:15 mark. If you’re going to comment, try to get the correct times.
And again @ 18:50 the entire play your referencing is over! Useless time stamps.
