I think it is one of those tunes that in the Bluegrass tradition just eggs on playing faster and faster 'courses' so it is really enjoyable to hear it slowed down. After proving you could play it plenty fast with notable precision, a laid back version unpacks completely different aspects of the tune. Well done!
You are fantastic!! Thanks for the Tab. I printed it out months ago and have been working on it throughout the week. I will never be at your speed but am determined to get this before 2021. The slow version that is. Thanks Again!!
Six years later after discovering this cool video, it's still a highly enjoyable masterful performance ! Didn't notice at that time that it's not a Gretsch that you're playing. I had fun transcribing it (and approximately playing it !) but now there is a tab ! And it's free ! I hadn't noticed it before, maybe you added it. Thanks a lot !
Great arrangement and playing, Holger. And thanks for the Free TABS. Year after year I keep "practicing" the same old Pentantonic Hell "box". I must tackle this!
Sensationell!
This is the result of a dream that will never come true for me. I think not even with the tabs it's gonna be possible for me. Tendinitis in my left ellbow made an end to my guitarplay several years ago. My deepest congratulations to you Buddy, this is PERFECT.
D*mn your good!! Mister Holger "Lee-Wariner" Bogen. I'm pretty sure Chet Atkins would honor you with the CGP title if he still could. You sure deserve it playing the way you do. Hats of all of you would be guitar players including me.
Hi there. Buddy. Must say that this totally awesome. Just love it. I´m guitarrplayer my self but definitallynot in you leage even though ive played for many many years. Love your frasing and the tecnic with fingers and pic. I do have to practise with haha. Ive become a countrylover since Ive become older. Now I´m trying to learn as much as I can. Thanks so much. Per

Wow! I've been looking for the perfect rendition of this to learn from and this is it, so beautiful! With some of those crazy floating note sounds I've never gotten even close to understanding. I'll be wearing this one out for a long time. Many thanks for sharing!
I just found this and cannot believe how beautiful you play this song. The best I have ever heard!!!
Thanks Tom, glad you like my version !
