Amazing workout! Coach Dan is the best. When can we expect to see 6 Week SHRED III???? My buddy and I have done Shred II several times and love it. If anyone hasn’t tried it yet, you’ve got to. The idea of a third is exciting. No pressure Coach haha

But first do the Warm Up and that switch to the Workout - Video brings me completely out of "the Flow" 🤣
