    Amazing workout! Coach Dan is the best. When can we expect to see 6 Week SHRED III???? My buddy and I have done Shred II several times and love it. If anyone hasn’t tried it yet, you’ve got to. The idea of a third is exciting. No pressure Coach haha

    Tried for the first time and i'm glad i started it with 7kg. God damn..its hard but the video made it super easy to follow. Not gonna lie, had to take extra 5 seconds rest ha ha. Yet i'm soaking wet now...Great experience!

    Great workout. It was hard, but not crippling. I burned 125 calories as a 5'6" and 135 pound male according to my Suunto Peak 9.

    There is only one thing that would make that Workout/your Workouts even better: a little (3 - 5 Min) Warm Up Sequence😉
    I know, you have a Warm up Video on your Channel.
    But first do the Warm Up and that switch to the Workout - Video brings me completely out of "the Flow" 🤣
