I totally agree - workshop sounds are the best music! Of cource there are even worse way to make video is to put music over speech. But I too enjoy the videos without music and even better is when the moments with powertools are slitely muted down 👍
When I was working in plastics fabrication I made one of these 2.4 metres long for bending full length sheets. It's relatively easy and they work a treat once you have got used to them.
I used a similar tool for a job I had installing custom acrylic showers and tub surrounds. It was an 8 foot long metal square tube with a rod inside nestled in an insulated housing. I laid it out on my work table and laid big sheets of acrylic on it just long enough to soften the material and bend whatever angles I needed. I hated that stuff but the tool was simple and effective
I don't think the washer is for insulation, I think it's for spacing and to help hold the wire. The insulation should be provided by keeping the channel away from the angle bracket with the spring.
Можно поставить прижимной уголок над нагревателем, чтобы его плоскость совпадала с осью проволоки и тут же аккуратно отгибать при достижение нужного нагрева.
When you have work videos without music it's truly nice to watch. The sound of work being done is the best sound. You can feel you are at the place
I was just thinking about the same thing and saw your comment!
I thought my soundsystem broke down. 😂
And it did 🤔

Unfortunately this video does not have any explanation about the details so it’s not as helpful as it could be with some words.

I need to make one that's 2.2 meters long. Could you share the specs of yours? Diameter of nichrome wire, voltage and amperage etc?
This is amazing ! Finally something thats not a wire bending machine or a nut cracker/failed hammer.
2:30 WOW! a flathead screw driver being used as a screw driver and not as a lever... haven't seen that happening in a long time!
Молоток это очень неожиданный ход! Браво!
Videonya sangat menginspirasi untuk menonjolkan kekreatifan , 👍👍👍👍
Great simple innovative ways, thanks
Fantastic , clear and tech shots close up. Great
I use air gun with small diameter cap. But your machine is amazing. I can work on this all day.
I enjoyed the video and especially enjoyed not hearing a person rambling on and on. Great job!
You are an absolute genius.
👍
When I started in the sign trade in the late 60s, we used asbestos frames which contained fire spirals from night storage heaters to bend perspex.
Clever machine! Well done!
Excellent, thanks for the video.

So smart.
Wow super video
Hello my friend, an excellent video that deserves a like. I have a question about the power of the electrical transformer used in this design
Also my question, what about electric supply used in device
Best videos I will try for my chanel too
Ingenious
I see some important in the design, heat porcelain conductor at each end of nicrome wire, scale and angle protector will be great advantage
Great job ✌️🤓
Valuable tool
Wow, I want one
Very impressive! 👏

What kind of disc is this green disc on angle grinder? Dedicated to cut aluminum?
For thicker pieces it's good to make a narrow cut (half of the thickness) in the inner side of the bending. You gonna have a small radius bend.
Very nice
Working DC current or AC current ? And are you use dimmer switch ? ( for voltage controlling)
Great job!!!!
Can you tell the electronic equipment used? Voltage a amps for power source, what kind of dimmer, etc... Thanks!!
Nice question
Nice work bro ❤️😀
👌 you are master machine making, bhai ye DC Circuit hai na
very nice

Very good.
Maybe leave out multiple screw tightening. We all know how that is done. 😊
I wish I had a workshop, a garage, some power tools…….. A Fricking House !!

Nice...
Thanks
Did anyone else notice the design flaw? 3:16 The rubber washer is no guarantee the screw won't make contact with the metal track.
I don't think the washer is for insulation, I think it's for spacing and to help hold the wire. The insulation should be provided by keeping the channel away from the angle bracket with the spring.

Is the aluminum profile not too close to the positive and negative connections ? For possible short circuit ?
Very well thought out design. Subbed, liked, but to scared working with electricity
👌👍
Genial 👍
