MashAllah very good you exceeded yourself its called barakat in our religion, that's the way I was taught and still make my samosas time consuming but so worth the wait n taste, my kids like to help me with the filling part and sealing saves me time, our fried food is usually for distribution for the neighbours and family for iftari time, usually I have to make more during Ramadan mth on my week off😉 also because of shortage of storage space in the freezer need to make more.🤣 Allahumdulilah for everything xx🙏🏽😍

Further to my comment yesterday I'm making the samosas right now. The mixture smells yummy..im using ready made pastry but next time I will make it I'm just not as good as you with pastry. Btw did you fry the samosas or oven roast them with oil coating? Never made samosas at home so excuse my questions . Thanks. Happy Friday Ramadan.
