White Chicken Enchiladas

These White Chicken Enchiladas have been a family favorite for years! They are super easy to make and everyone loves them.
Ingredients:
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided
2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
8 (8-inch) flour tortillas
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
14 oz chicken broth
1 cup sour cream
1 7-ounce can diced green chiles
salt and pepper, to taste
cilantro for garnish, optional
