I only make these face expressions when im alone, which means i go all in. When theres people around its hard to go all in making weird faces even tho theres nothing wrong with it.. but in my head for some reason it is. Any tips? Yolo?
It depends on your training. If you are doing plyos only, you can focus on more sets and reps. For power, i would target 1-5 reps, 3-5 sets, 90% speed per reps, 2-6 mins rest pauses between each set

Not advisable for any beginners. These exercises r dangerous if u dont knw how to engage n stabilise yr Core before doing these exercises.

Wear a face mask, it’s not uncommon and u can make any face you want!
