Awesome Nugget Glenn, how do you find using the 5000 easy to use or hard with the settings? Thinking of buying one I'm just a beginner
Try and get a dd coil if possible. The detector reverts to preset setting if you hold on off button down. Consider hiring one or going with someone before buying. We can help with advice
