Congratulations on the successful market!! I'm currently having my first crafts market experience, actually! First day was yesterday and the market will go until Sunday. It really is so amazing to see people light up at seeing your booth and saying "omg that's so cute!" And to imagine all those critters you made getting love from the people who bought them
Thank you for your comment! And good luck on your first market! Did I get that right you signed up for a 4 day market for your first market ever? 👀 Honestly markets are so addictive because you get to see the joy you can bring to other people with your products 🥰🙌🏼
hi veronika, congrats on ur successful market !! I would love to see more vlogging during the market if ur feeling less shy about the camera. you're the only european crochet market vlogger i've found and was wondering if there's less plushie crocheters at the markets in southern germany (compared to US)? I'm from the netherlands and would love to try selling my plushies at markets, but I worry if I would be able to even make booth fees back 😅
Thank you for your feedback! I’d love to film more at my future markets and I’m trying to build confidence to do more of that! 🙌🏼😅 At all of my markets I’ve been pretty lucky so far since I was the only crocheter/plushie maker there. So it’s definitely not as common here as I’ve seen from other crocheters in the us . I’ve seen some other crocheters at other markets that I’ve just attended as a visitor but none of them have used the chenille yarn or similar patterns to the ones I use ☺️
Maybe attend some markets in your area as a visitor beforehand and if you rarely see any crocheters definitely go for it! If you do find others who do the same craft then maybe try using some lesser known patterns but I still believe the market is big enough for a couple of plushie vendors in the same area 🙌🏼
Hi most of my patterns are linked under my first ever video and I’ve shared my bestselling free patterns in another video recently ☺️ if you can’t find a particular one feel free to ask me about it I’m always happy to answer 🙌🏼
Hey 👋🏼 I’m located in southern Germany ☺️ and if you’re interested in starting a small business I’d definitely encourage you to do so and just try it out! You can always switch your product palette after a while if some things don’t sell 😉
Perfect video to watch while prepping chickens for my first market. 15 days left to is prep😮
LOL this was me literally last week, good luck with your market! 🐔

Good tip about crocheting while selling. Those cats are so cute, they caught my eye when you were videoing your set up.

Congrats on a successful market! Would you mind sharing where you got the pattern for the dinos you sold?
Hey of course! The long neck dinos are by kayleecrochet on Instagram (it’s a free pattern 🙌🏼)
