Hi Coach Z, I love your podcast; very detailed and honest. I have worked as VA for almost four years this year and am still struggling due to my communication skills. Siguro tungod lagi sa bisaya bah, the struggles is real jud. Honestly, I have a long-term client now. I started at $3/hr, then recently, with my three attempts every year asking for a salary increase, naluoy mn sad sya.. hehehe Nakakainggit minsan yung other VA malaki ang rate with bonuses pa. But you know what Coach, I tried to look at the other side positively. Instead of comparing myself to a high-paid VA, I look up to others struggling to work daily with regular pay. Earning 35k-40k per month is pretty damn good. Life is not a race but a journey. Comparing yourself to others is not wise. hehhee..Labyu!!
Awww so good to hear na ganahan ka ani and that you always look on the bright side! Ako nga, I still go through comparitis minsan but trying to beat it jud and always reminding myself na we have different timelines and we have different goals. Focus lang sa goals natin, put blinders and do whatever we have to do to get there!🤍🤍🤍
And yes!! 35-40k?! That’s SOOOO good working at home and owning your time!
