Hey Rick, great real-world content, love it, and looks like another great PetrolHead Tours! I must get on one soon mate (got a new motor and would be fun!).
I suppose the best option with the rozzers is to give them a half-hour head start and then see how quickly you can catch them. nice video - very envious.
@@RickTheSpud That's a shame......Sos del Rey Catolico......never fails to take your breath away....the very large family-size measures of gin are an added bonus❤
Ooo, depends on the trip. Narrower roads in the Alps, Alpine. Snow in the mountains, Turbo S. Fast flowing roads in Spain and some car spotters, GTR Pro! 😎
I’ve been wondering about something for a while now and haven’t been able to find anything. Does anyone know if the transmission is the same in all GTs across all years. It seems to me that they all use the Getrag 7DCL750 which suffers from main shaft seal leaks and internal electronic failures. Some thing only the earlier AMG GTS has the issue, but I can find no evidence of revisions.

Rick, get the boys to pitch in and buy you a gyro stabilizer for your hand held shots. Great start to another tour.
Might do, is that something else I've got to charge and will it fit in my pocket. 😜
@@RickTheSpud Yes , but your viewers won't get motion sickness.

Love the Alpine, but they aren’t available in the states
Oh really, that's a shame. Great little cars.
The 911 GTS wheels, are they painted? What colour?
He's just had them done, satin gold I believe...
Just heard from the owner, Porsche Weiss Gold. I think it’s the 997 GT3RS OEM colour.
Did Paul and Emma get fined for late arrival on pre-tour?
😂 They got to the tunnel before us, then got ushered into a security lane that wasn't doing anything, and missed our train! 🤦♂️

Which one is the better road trip car!? The AMG GTR, the Turbo S, or the Alpine!?!?
Ooo, depends on the trip.

Turbo S for me.
Turbo S is an all round weapon for sure! 💪😎

Not sure buddy, sounds like a question for a dedicated forum...
