😁 Thanks Rob, glad you liked it, yep i thought about waiting until Sat to publish them like all other UA-camrs, but i then i thought Thurs might be a better time to publish 2hrs of vids 😂👍
Thanks, glad you liked it 👍 The outlets in the lower cabinet were moved outside the cabinet before the cabinets were installed. I did the basics on the right one moving the wires outside & I created access for the left one, also chopping in a channel for the wire, an electrician came later to finish & put the faceplates on. This is Pt5 of 9, I show all this in the later videos.
Nice too see you back brilliant videos as always, sound has changed its not so loud any more finding i have to turn the volume up on TV too hear what your saying.
Thanks Afzul 👍 Yeah i think the microphone on my phone might be a bit broken, i'm having problems with calls, but prob more so that i mumble a bit & coughing with covid last yr proper knackered my voice 👴 smoking doesn't help 😂 sorry i'll try better,
Looks good Gid. I just did something similar here in New Zealand. I used plastic adjustable legs and mirrored the skirting board as the toe kick. Dead easy to level it. Was lucky with the power points as well. Also fitted scribers to each side as well. Was also lucky that the alcoves were deeper than yours so as the cabinets were behind the chimney breast.
😂😂🙈👍 Would love a spindle moulder, nowhere to put it, where i started joinery they had one, a cutter flew out n stuck in the ply cupboard not too far from me, that was new shorts time 🤸♂️
@@Gidjoiner 🤣🤣 it does get the blood pumping when that happens. Kids now days don't know they're born all the modern blocks come with limiters and pins to stop that happening, takes the fun out of things 🤣🤣
@@Gidjoiner I had a bit of hassle putting DeWalt saw stand brackets on my little 36V Makita Gid. The newer brackets have a double lock on them. In the end I took an old set off of a 12" DeWalt mitre saw I have that's a w/s saw. They went on the little Makita no bother. You'd wonder why companies like DeWalt mess around with a perfectly good design! 🙄🙄
😂😂👍 Yeah, my table is a bit knackered but whatever i do i can never stop it leaving small ridges in the cut, a faster speed would help but yeah bit scary 🙈😂 I've got a bigger one 😂
Halfway in and really enjoying this series 👍🏼
Good glad to hear it Thanks 👍
Cracking job mate 👍
Thanks Lee 👍😊
Thank you for a good Thursday night watching UA-cam brilliant Gid

Marvellous as always Gid, 👍 🔨 🇮🇪
Many thanks 😊👍👍
@@Gidjoiner 👍 😁 🔨 🇮🇪
Excellent video Gid. Proving that if you don't start right, it isn't going to finish up right.
Yep & allowing yourself a little wriggle room for if things don't work out right 😂👍👍
A spindle moulder would look good in that extension that we keep hearing about 😜
🙉😂👍A lot of the wood is on the rack in the back yard waiting 😂
Great video Gid !! thanks
Thanks Michael, glad you liked it 👍😊
Really great series. Very detailed step by step. Just curious, how will you use the outlet hidden inside the lower cabinet?

You should try an unbalanced Whitehill block in a spindle moulder, that gets the sphincter muscles twitching 🤣🤣🤣

Yep the ones on one of them have broken already, someone did mention that so have been careful but... 😒🤦♂️
Hate those big router bits on the router table, shites the life out of me. Even worse with hardwood, always count my fingers afterwards 🤞

You don’t get the recognition you deserve
Thankyou, much appreciated 👍😊
