Does the door cover the entire width of the cabinet in a way that they almost touch or there's a small gap? Not sure why but the door touch each other when I make them close at the center...even when I leave a 2 mm gap between the two doors.
Smashed it! If you read this I have a question: how does your of1400 deal with oak worktops? Is it powerful enough and how many passes do you tend to take for the joins? Thanks!!
Hi I've watched lots of your videos. Regarding scribing of the fillers. I see you use a compass in many videos. I have tried it. And then try my best to cut and plane to the line. But I can not get it perfectly. It's likely just a matter of practice. But cutting to the line or cutting the line completely is one thing I am unsure about. I've tried many times. I have begun even to think that the uscribe I bought from eBay, a cheaper 3d printed model may be the cause as perhaps it doesn't 90 degrees the pieces when I attach.
You have to be sure when you screw them on to the filler piece the are 90 than some times the cabinet may not be parallel to the wall u scribing or the wave is different next to the filler piece than is where u actually scribing the other what i do is cut the exess to the pencil line than i shave the line if the wall is too wave i do 2 dry fit and take a bit more each time
No i am not an electrician i give them an option to ask the electrician to move it up but i thibnk we going to install a grommet on top of the drawer pack
Building cabinets on site sucks so bad. I try to avoid as much as I can. Sometimes you have to modify and basically rebuild them but man I feel your pain trying to put big boxes together in a tiny room. Even worse when there’s no power
Well done! Great video!
Thx so much
I'm not sure what part of the world you're in but have a look at the Freebird assembly square for screwing carcasses together. It's incredible
Thank you so much for this video. Now I can understand when builders are putting my place back together.
This is an awesome video. What are those black and green clip like things called that you are connecting the to the wood with?
Cheers they are called lamello p14 tenso they will only work if you got the Lamello zeta 2 machine
@@CAVjoinery thank you

No the door should be smaller 2.5mm all around for ex the cab is 720 by 600 the door will be 715 by 595mm
They sould not touch each other because the will be a gap of 5mm between them 2.5 from each door
Wonderful Job
Thx
Great skills! Where did you buy those wardrobe handles tool?
Thanks these were bought by customer

On solid wood i do 4 passes but always use a new router bit for every new project
yeah I tend to change the bit after 2 joins on laminate too, thanks for responding!
Where can i buy the green jigs to hold the pieces ?
Skill combined with the right tools 👍
Nice compliment

🇧🇷 Boa tarde meu professor! Abraços cara, vc é o cara.
Thanks sir !
I made one of them once. Couldn’t stand it up as the ceiling was too low!😂. Had to take it to pieces again.
I was going to start building it that is why i brought a helper with me than i took a measure on diagonal and i realised that it can not be lift it up
Товарищ ты крут,дай бог тебе сил здоровья и ума💎
Same to you too thanks 🙏
✌🏻👍🏻🔥
Thanks so so much !
Why do you put separate modules with drawers inside and not make it on the main ones?
Because they will be hitting the hinges so to build a separat unit will be more complicated to install and to build as well more costy
Could you not move the sockets up above the drawer? So at least they can be used
No i am not an electrician i give them an option to ask the electrician to move it up but i thibnk we going to install a grommet on top of the drawer pack
@ thanks for replying. Your work is amazing

Awesome tools. Those tools would have cost a fortune
They are
DIY ? Not everyone has tools around $10k, I have a hamer and nails, how can I do same?
Well it can be done with more rudimentary tools of course but the quality will be visible
Did you make all the panels
They were fom home design
With that mustache you look like a musketeer👍
:)) i thought it was cool 😎
It’s very cool my friend, cheeers
Everything is from Festool, but the "Domino" is a fake-one... Why???
😮 Not fake, it´s Lamello, the best!
No actually it it more expensive tool than festool i think is made by MAFELL have a look on Maffel tools you will see how top quality they are
