For every single officer (1 officer as BM and one clerk) branches where there is only one officer and clerk now there will be 2 clerks in those branches

IAS IFS banenge to samne wali 3 4 generation uplift ho jati hai, isliye wo work pressure an load le ja sakta hai but baki aise work load pvt ya corporate me leke bhi guaranteed nahi hota ki growth tik ke rahega

Sbi should recruit their employees like ja, po through bc channels. If this thing happens customers will get unbelievable service by sbi. Also more efficiency will come in service.

For 1 officer there will be 2 clerks in ratio.. earlier it was decided 1:1 in 2017..

@targetrbi sir, kindly make a video about the delayed SEBI phase 2 results as no one is talking about it.
Sir, I need your urgent help. Many candidate who have qualified for RBI Grade B phase 2 have applied for IBPS po too.
Both exams will be conducted on 19th oct 2024. Given the competitive nature of RBI exam this overlapping of two exams is causing undue stress on candidates like me. Please help us sir.
@@ProPlayer-k9p Dear there is no help from IBPS, they are very adamant and no student is raising voice against it, people have accepted their dominance, I have made video many times, people have raised complaints to IBPS PMO etc also.
@@targetrbi but sir RBI has postponed exams whenever there was conflict between UPSC exams and RBI exams then why not this time?

People don't realize the work pressure of ias/other positions.
They are on 24*7 work mode.
Private is even worse than this.. atleast you get job security here

Almost all govt / PSU jobs have 5 days work except banks.

Sbi ne 2011 me apki approch se apko extension kya de diyaa app to sbi sbi he krte ho😂😅😅😅😅😅 kyuki SBI ke saath apka experience accha rha apne approch Dali hogi tabhi apko Mila hoga extension wrna 1 year ka extension kise ko nhi miltaa well let it be aapp openly thodi bataoge ki apne jack lgya tha extension ka koi openly nhi bolta yeh sab
I was preparing for UPSC and my coaching institutions director was an Ex.IAS officer and I requested him to write a request letter to SBI Chairman and in this way I got extension.

They normally give extension to upsc pre qualified students. When I joined sbi in 2021 as PO, I met with two people who were given extension to appear in upsc. Now I have left SBI

If SBI opens 600 branches, they will hire 500 experienced CBOs (Circle Based Officers) rather than POs (Probationary Officers). The trend of the past 2-3 years shows that while around 2000 POs are hired, over 5000 CBOs are recruited.
