It's too early to come to a conclusion before knowing the number of candidates who had their exam in the first and the second shift respectively. As in my centre I think the exam was conducted only in the second shift...
This particular exam is a Pandora's box. It's a request for anyone reading this, don't make this exam your primary target. Get another job and then keep trying in this Pandora's box.
Totally true, People preparing full time for this exam are risking their life and career.

The same issue was also observed in this year's NEET PG exam. SHIFT 2 was significantly difficult relative to Shift 1, raised the expectations that Shift 2 will be favoured in normalisation, but the final result has favoured Shift 1 candidates, leave many aspirants' disheartened.
NORMALISATION has become a serious issue, adversely impacting aspirants' year-long efforts.
Strict measures need to be taken to save the authenticity of the competitive exams.
Sir ab exams me 50% luck and 50% preparation kam kar rahi hai. Jo exams me doubt ho raha tha wo clesr ho rhe jinme doubt nhi tha wo nhi nikal rahe.
RBI is now like IBPS PO....too much variations in shifts and normalisation !

Sir, it is very discriminating with regard to EWS people every year.
They are not at all implementing EWS reservation 😢😢..
Only 27 people are admitted...and in interview, they are awarding very very low marks so that they are getting only EWS seats.. No EWS candidate is getting General seat.
BC is getting separate cutoff and 1:15 ratio
SC is getting separate cutoff and 1:15 ratio
ST is getting separate cutoff and 1:15 ratio
But for EWS there is no such system 😮
In place of EWS, they are taking General students.....and they are claiming final seats

@@userxyz12351 Kya pata EWS Candidates Sectional-Cutoffs na nikal paye ho. I don't agree with your last Statement. Do you know last year, In the RBI Grade B 2023 Final Result, the EWS Cutoff went lower than the ST Cutoff. How is it possible?
@@Ch.Hemachander-03 first know what's happening here..... They are not implementing EWS reservation in prelims and mains exam like OBC SC and ST...they are implementing only in Interview
Sectional cutoff need to be changed so that enough EWS candidates enter mains exam... It is not a fixed number...it changes as per competition....check other category cutoffs ....why are they not same as GENERAL category?

Out of 25 EWS students went to interview, 23 people got selections and only one lady got General seats
remaining all people got EWS seats only....they got General cutoff in mains but in interview their scores are very low so that they won't get general seats...
If more EWS candidates went to interview as per their reservation ratio, then more EWS people will get General seats ......

Sir last year I gave RBI Grade B 2023 Phase-1, That time GA was very lengthy.
It means their is no transparency in selection process of regulatory bodies like RBI also
This is why i was wondering why i got only 13 marks in GA (shift1) when I had attempted 36 questions and atleast 28 of those were which i was sure of.
Same bro, got 13, attempt 34, may be 5-6 answers were wrong but getting 13 was a shock
SIr ye Normalisation par Video banane se RBI sunega iski Guarantee nahi hai. Ham Candidates ko bas ekdam Khatarnak Preparation karke jaana hai aur Exam phodna hai. Ye chhote chhote Flaws Results mein, hamara kuch nahi bigad sakta.
Best solution is to conduct exam in one shift only.
I have paid the price for being from Shift 1
Even though I don't belong to EWS category anymore from this Financial year I have suffered the pain in 2022 and 2023 in RBI Grade B mains and I didn't get a call for Interview. I missed every year interview call by a very small margin. I am a banker working as a clerk and I have more than 5 years of experience. I have more than 10 IIBF NISM, IRDA certificates. Agar interview me bulaya hota toh sayad kuch advantage rehta or avi me RBI me hota. Lekin ye Discrimination k wajeh se ajj result kuch alag hai.
Avi mera income 8 lakh k upar chala gaya and I am not an EWS candidate anymore. But sir hats off to you for taking this initiative and thanks for making this video. I hope you try to resolve this issue at higher level. Please talk to People who have power to change this arrogant stance of RBI, especially when it comes to justice for EWS candidates.

And Sir I will talk harshly about this video. I am your ex student. I took this exam as seriously as you said on many occasions. I was also in shift 2 the paper was way too easy. students don't prepare for this exam according to syllabus and then cry about normalization. I am 25 marks above cutoff for general category. Also I choked many questions could have got 30+ above cutoff. I did not need grace marks due to difficulty level. Vacancies are low so competition is going to be as high as it should be.
And SIr give me your blessings for phase 2. I have worked very hard and smartly too.
Regarding EWS actually most of the candidates have similar score which is either near cut off or at cut off.
In 2023, I cleared the prelims aggregate cutoff, Eng cut off, Quant cut off, GA cut off, I missed the reasoning cut off by 6 marks in general category.
In 2024 I passed only Eng cut off, Failed in GA cutoff, Quant cut off, Reasoning cut off, aggregate cutoff. My exam was in second Shift.

Mera exam 1st shift me tha ganme mne 30 question kiye the..or mere 5 marks aaye h or math me mne bilkul correct 8 question kiye or mere 0 marks aaye....pls ek hi shift honi chahiye.
Yes for fair conduct, 1 exam 1 shift hona chahiyye.
sir you are right.... agar previous year final marks analysis dekhenge to samaj aata hai ki EWS ka cut off for interview is same as of general while final selection marks cut off is different......in 2023 cut off for general and ews is 169 while final selection for general is 234 marks and for ews is 187.50 marks ...see the difference...it means jo ews ke candidate interview ke liye select hue woh minimum 19 marks bhi nahi la paye interview me....this is unbelievable......definitely yaha bhi kuchh galt hota hi hoga otherwise aise cut off nahi jata

EWS ke sath bahut sahi hua hai, EWS cut off should have gone higher than general.
EWS reservation itself is a constitutional fraud.
That's why I got only 16.5 marks in GA. It's turning out to be a joke.
