51% of the stake of REC is held by PFC. In addition, PFC is fundamentally stronger than REC and the market price of PFC is less than that of REC by ₹60. Always they move together like twins. Both the companies are in the power finance sector, Maharatna Large cap companies with MCap around 1.5 trillion.

REC i hold 1 share for more then 3 yr and it blowed 500% returns 😢 looking at that it was laughing on my entire portfolio and I sold that single stock 😅 now I can re-enter with huge amount and not gonna waste the apportunity
