@acochran5 Thank you. I was at the concert in Toledo Ohio when they toured together. Also Trisha Yearwood was the opening act for the two of them. They both happen to be a couple of my favorites also. Congratulations to you for enjoying real country. Maybe someday soon you can check out the channel that I am going to set up as I am a singer songwriter and frontman/lead guitar for a band. When it is ready i will send you a memo, it will all be real country I promise.
Alan is a great vocalist but Randy beats him to death on this song. That being said Randy Travis one of the best vocalist of all time in country music. The list above Randy's vocals is very short and includes only legends.
Alright then babe I'm so impressed with the fact that you are coming to buffalo in April Keep it up Alan and I hope to hear you when you get here soon enough.
It's not about competition , it's their love of 🎶🎵🎶🎵 music and writing and singing it.. I'm sure Alan would agree about Randy also. They are both great in different ways (my opinion)
Wow! I did NOT know they wrote this song together! That’s amazing. Two legends collaborate to make some amazing music.
If it wasn’t them 2 it would of never been the same.
I think Alan Jackson Eugene has style that I Love 😘💋 he is amazing ❤️
Amazing song, “better place of losers “
Love this song!
Love anything Alan Jackson

And u think it's disgraceful they drink $3 wine... Stone cold genius wrote this line. Pure Country, bring me another beer!
What year was this in 1994?
Alan and Randy wrote this song, as well as "Forever Together" which Randy cut, and "She's Got The Rythmn (and I Got the Blues)" which Alan cut.
Oh yeah. That's right.
You sound great baby.
GO ALAN I love it.
They had originally planned to pitch “She’s Got The Rhythm” to B.B. King, but Alan decided to cut it instead.
Other songs they wrote include From A Distance, Born Too Late and If Tears Could Talk (all of which Alan sang).
