Hello Piotr. Thanks a lot for your Dahon k3 videos. They are quite inspirational! Just got myself a k3! Unfortunately the spokes of my rear wheel tend to loosen themselves again and again. Especially in the area near the valve of the tube. Due to those loose spokes my rear wheel starts to make noises and tends to lose its round shape all the time. Also the tube inside the tire tends to constantly lose lots of air pressure. I need to pump up my tubes in the front and rear wheel/tire at least once if not twice a week in order to have sufficient air pressure on my k3. Did you experience similar issues with your k3? If so, did you find any solutions or ways to cope with them? At this point, I would really appreciate any advice in this regard ;-)
I also had loose spokes in the rear wheel. The service solved the matter. I have to pomp all the wheels once a week. I replace the air valves and we’ll see. The others- work ok.
Hi Piotr, what was happened at minute five? Is it possible to drive the K3 at copplestones? Or is drive the K3 with camera on copplestones impossible? Regards from Germany, Sascha.
Im thinking about the rear flywheel/ cog set. After changing the chain a few times this part will need to be changed next. Where would you look to buy this ? This bike is rare and I think it is not easy to get replacent parts for it. Or am I mistaken? I have owned one too for a few months now and I would like to get a cog set long before I will need to change it. Thanks
Hi may i ask, what is your body wieght? Im 85kg, and dahon site said k3 max weight is only 85kg and i really want to buy this but let down by the specs sheet by dahon
The Dahon K3 is a very compact folding bike. I would choose this as my second bike for my trip into town.

if you have a good street that's okay. Any stone, crevice, etc. is not suitable for stable driving.

How come your k3 handlebar folds inbetween the frame. Thought it’s supposed to fold outwards as seen in most videos.

fold the frame part only, hold the handle bar and push it forward, but not as smooth as Brompton. Incomparable.
