I’ve been a fan of yours since your travel videos as someone who struggles to do their self-care routines and keep up with their hygiene due to struggling with their mental health your videos inspire me to go back to my self-care routine and to enjoy my little rituals in the morning and night I hope you have a good new year :3
As someone who struggles with their mental health too, this means so much to me Anam 🥹💙 Thank you for sharing! I appreciate you being here for so long. Here's to more of the little rituals we enjoy in 2025! Take care of yourself x
So glad to have another year of skincare favourites video. I have run out of ways to describe how much my enjoy this video every year watching in my pj's snuggled in a blanket 🩵 and eagerly waiting for the bath and body favourites, see you next year loads of love 💕
I just love products, atm my favourites that I'm using constantly r my Clarins one step cleanser with orange extract ( it is in a oil / water phase ). Clarins yellow toner ( I think it is now clear and has saffron extract ). I also love Charlotte Tilbury magic eye cream and the serum, I tend to love and go between face creams Clinique moisture surge in a cream - gel, ct magic cream. I'm still loving a Clarins beauty flash balm in the night. Just a great video, thanks!!!! ❤❤❤❤
i tried the bioderma micellar water after seeing it make an appereance in your videos for so long, and it really is so good! hoping you're having an amazing holiday season
Excellent list! My favorite skincare product of 2024 = The Ordinary lactic acid. It's new to me and I absolutely love it. I'm looking forward to trying Merit's priming moisturizer soon.
Love your end of year wrap ups so soothing and consistent with some new treats too. I’ve loved the Ultra Violette supreme screen since it came out too (fellow Aussie). I love the Oskia Renaissance Cleansing Gel which is a thick balm to oil to milky, almost finished my 200mL giant tub after well over a year of use! The B5 Cicoplast Baume has been a godsend when I get ezecma or dry skin flare ups, and my favourite mask in a pot is Fenty Skin detox clay mask - it feels detoxifying yet hydrating and cocooning. Discovered Azelaic acid this year and I think that’s had the most impact on my skin, bringing down post pimple redness
Thank you! So glad you enjoyed this 😄💙 Gosh, hearing the name of that Oskia cleanser reminds me of the old school British beauty UA-camr days! A lot of them used to use it. Great to hear you're a Cicaplast fan too! x
I’ve been watching you since 6th grade and I’m in College now lol!(im American, not sure how the school system works overseas aha) I remember watching a video on glossier of yours and it was my first concealer and colored lip balm :) much love, your videos were always so refreshing to watch Btw I still have the original glossier balms from way back then :,)
I discovered the magic of Cicaplast Baume B5 earlier this year when I went to the US during the last few weeks of winter. I live in a tropical climate, so I didn't know what to do when my skin started flaking off after 3 days. The only thing that saved my skin was applying the baume every morning and night. I loved it so much I have multiple tubes now for nights when I use Biologique Recherche P50.
How can you make this type of video so interesting? I could watch for hours! My favourite skincare right now is the First Aid Beauty firming cream (peptides + niacinimide + collagen ) love the texture. I must try the Glossier after baume for my retinol nights, you got me intrigued!
Found out about ultraviolette from you and never looked back. It's awesome and I also have the big pump yellow bottle on my vanity. For summer beachy days I love evy mousse sunscreen they have amazing tech that makes it much more water resistant. I also loved during the summer the ultra violette ultra light fluid and the beauty of joseon rice sunscreen as well as the skin1004 hydrating sunscreen. Otherwise my routine is much simplfied . I use retinol ( sunday riley a+ or medik8 crystal retinal) every 3 days , and otherwise just simple korean mostuirizers like beauty of joseon dynasty cream, skin1004 centella moisturizer and for barrier top up cicaplast b5. I've used a bunch of kbeauyy cleansers this year straying from my routine of youth to the people green te cleanser. The latest repurchase is the bioderma gel cleanser in the pink pump. This simplified routine is very calming to my skin and the retinol takes care of my exfoliation and anti age. From time to time in autumn/winter I add the guerlain youth watery oil for extra moisture
A huge fan since your Avene Cleanance days (still using this during breakout days) and now celebrating more mature and clear-ish skin with the Allies of Skin cleanser 🎉 Thank you for all the wonderful content this year, I'm now much more organised when it comes to skincare and makeup travel packing ❤ Happy 2025!
Thank you for sticking with me Karen! It makes me so happy to hear we've been on a similar cleanser journey over the years ☺️💙 Happy holidays (and happy packing if you're travelling), see you in the new year! x
This makes me SO so happy to hear Barbara! 🤩☀️ Someone starting to wear sunscreen is the best possible outcome I could hope for from my content. Great to hear this texture does the trick for you! x
I’m very similar. I use my Dennis Gross LED, Skinceuticals Gentle Cleanser, Darphin Hydraskin Light, and of course, my Ultra Violette SPF 50 (because of your recommendation!)
That allies of skin jelly cleanser looks so nourishing! 🥰 What do you use with your nuface, Matilda? Do you use the activator gel they have in their line or have you found that other products work well with it too? I hope you have a great holiday season ❤️🎄
Happy holidays to you too Kat! I actually use my COSRX Snail Mucin with my NuFace after a viewer told me they use it that way. Two birds, one essence! 😄🤍 It works really well for me, and my skin already responds so well to that formula (but I believe there might technically be properties that make the official activator gel a better conductor for the device? Not sure!) x
Hi Vi! I haven't unfortunately, but the brand seems to be fairly popular at Sephora down here. I know a friend uses their hydrating serum and really enjoys it! 💙 x
So shocked to be here this early! I rarely wear any make-up, but I’m a skincare fanatic 😊 I have a few favourites in common. However, I used Avène Cicalfate Cream and introduced a low entry retinol and my skin has cleared up so much 😊😊😊
SO early, you even beat me to the comments section Rachael 😄💙 Thank you for watching! That Avène cream is on my wishlist to try one day. Can I ask which retinol you introduced? Also on my list to explore in 2025! x
Are you using Nūface exclusively with their conductive gel or you use also something else (as aloe gel)? I invested in this device this Black Friday, after it was on my „maybe wishlist“ since that video of Lisa Eldridge when she presented it years ago. I am hoping for good results. Greetings from Germany
Thank you Hollie-Ann! I ordered the moisturiser when I visited the US earlier this year, but Dieux do ship internationally from their website - everything but the serum can be sent here I think! ✈️💙 x
Menopause hormone changes have really changed things for me these days. Oily skin has become much dryer, sagging jowls are very obvious, and the circles are DARK. The lines ain't fine with me, folks. 😂 Finding products from ELF, Farmacy, Fresh, and others to be useful, but still not settled yet. Going back to Ponds cold cream for makeup removal/first cleanse so I don't feel like i just used rubbing alcohol on my face in winter. Moisturizer, serums, and a milky toner. Tried a CosRx mask and I liked the results in spite of the weird texture. Retinol does make a difference with smoothing and sun damage. Bubble is my sunscreen of choice.
Can only imagine how tricky it is to have your skin and hormones changes before your eyes in that stage of life Valarie! I hope 2025 is a smooth year for you and your new routine (and fine lines 😉💙) x
This year i was finally in a spot where I could occasionally splurge on makeup and skincare products! My top 5 - st jane pore clarifying cleanser. Absolutely love this! I have oily skin and this does the job without stripping my skin and i dont feel oily again after 5 minutes. I saw reviews about skin irritation which i assume is from the acids. Definitely not for sensitive/dry skin but great for oily skin. Has a texture like korean snail products and i noticed my moisturizer soaks in better. - clarins cry flash face mask. A once in a while treat for when im having particularly bad days. It’s a splurge but the cooling effect is no joke and helps me feel so refreshed after a good cleanser. Also nice for after workouts when you feel really warm and stuffy. - fresh youth lotus preserve night cream. Nice soft floral scent to accompany a good recovery mask. The thick but not greasy consistency makes it my favorite companion when traveling. It helps my skin when dealing with dry plane air or even when just traveling to colder climates. - neutrogena water gel moisturizer . A drugstore favorite. It took a while to love but once i found the right cleanser to pair with it soaks so nicely into my skin without me feeling greasy - st barts body scrub. Gosh I love this thing. Smells wonderful with a very nice scrub to moisturizing lather texture. A little goes a long way and it even works nice as a scalp scrub that doesn’t dry me out
You just made my day saying Ultra Violette is coming to the US!!! ❤❤❤ Merry Christmas indeed! 😂 my skincare is basically all CeraVe 😂 my skin loves it and it’s consistent!
You got us covered Matilda, thank you!❤🎁✨🌷 Now as far as I am concerned when it comes to face, this year I smashed facial mists (Mario Badescu pink, green and clear ones and Caudalie vinomist) and sunscreens (Apivita, Laouta, Hello Sunday and Thank You Farmer). 24h Moisturiser and vit C mask Lixirskin for ever, Whamisa and Hyeja moisturising systems, also helped a huge deal. ISDIN essential cleansing oil and lymphatic drainage face massage at night work miracles. Last but not keast, rich eye cream (Oriflame black iris) , never skipped that since 13yr old, with lash and brow Aloe Vera serum for growth and strength.Lancôme biphasic eye makeup remover, pricey but essential is also a staple. I can't wait for your Body video....😊
And just like that, the most important skincare update video of the year has just dropped
You are too kind! ☺️💙 Thank you for watching x
I’ve been a fan of yours since your travel videos as someone who struggles to do their self-care routines and keep up with their hygiene due to struggling with their mental health your videos inspire me to go back to my self-care routine and to enjoy my little rituals in the morning and night I hope you have a good new year :3

You influenced me to finally take the plunge for glossier after baume this year and it's AMAZING!! can't believe i didn't try this sooner lol
So glad to have another year of skincare favourites video. I have run out of ways to describe how much my enjoy this video every year watching in my pj's snuggled in a blanket 🩵 and eagerly waiting for the bath and body favourites, see you next year loads of love 💕
It makes me so happy to hear how much you enjoy this episode every year Prachi! Truly means a lot 🥹💙 Happy holidays! x
Literally one of the best channels for makeup skincare and just good energy
I just love products, atm my favourites that I'm using constantly r my Clarins one step cleanser with orange extract ( it is in a oil / water phase ). Love the alliteration in your skincare routine Rebecca - Clarins, Clinique and Charlotte! 👏💙 x
Thank you for making looking and picking beauty products stress free ❤
What a beautiful thing to say Megan! Thank you so much 🥹❤️ x
i tried the bioderma micellar water after seeing it make an appereance in your videos for so long, and it really is so good! hoping you're having an amazing holiday season
So nice to hear you're enjoying it Shatakshi! 🩷 Happy holidays to you too x
Oooh so many new goodies to try from this video! Thank you for sharing x
As a skincare junkie, I am always excited when you upload!
Thank you Sabaria! So nice to hear 😄💙 x
Excellent list! My favorite skincare product of 2024 = The Ordinary lactic acid. It's new to me and I absolutely love it. I'm looking forward to trying Merit's priming moisturizer soon.
Thank you! Glad to hear you found a favourite formula too 🤍 x
Was waiting for this!
Thank you for waiting! 😉💙 x

Seriously tempted by that Biologique Recherche 😮
I think another cleanser that you would possibly enjoy that’s very much along the lines of Lisa Eldridge is the Jordan Samuel skin after show cleanser
Ooh thank you for the suggestion Ella! ☺️💙 x
I’ve been watching you since 6th grade and I’m in College now lol!(im American, not sure how the school system works overseas aha) I remember watching a video on glossier of yours and it was my first concealer and colored lip balm :) much love, your videos were always so refreshing to watch

Always enjoy your videos, I need to rewatch with a pen and notepad now, lots for me to try 🥰
Thank you so much for your support Keely! Merry Christmas ☺️💅🩷 x

New to me this year is Perricone MD smoothing & brightening under-eye cream; it's rich and balmlike, so it is perfect for nighttime.
Ooh I like the sound of that texture! 😍 x
Can’t wait to try Allies of Skin .. their serums sound amazing!
Please report back if you do Jen! ☺️ x
I hated the sunscreen texture and never wore any,but I tried the anthelios because of your recommendation and haven’t turned my back since.
This makes me SO so happy to hear Barbara! 🤩☀️ Someone starting to wear sunscreen is the best possible outcome I could hope for from my content. Great to hear this texture does the trick for you! x
I love watching these videos, but when it comes down to it, I only use tretinoin and a moisturizer.
Sounds like you're onto a great simple routine that works well for you Erin! Appreciate you still tuning in 🥰 x
I’m very similar. I use my Dennis Gross LED, Skinceuticals Gentle Cleanser, Darphin Hydraskin Light, and of course, my Ultra Violette SPF 50 (because of your recommendation!)
@@matildaonvideo Thanks!! My routine just kept getting smaller and smaller.😂😂 Still love seeing the products.😍

Hi Matilda! Just wondering how you managed to get your hands on the Dieux products in Australia?!! ❤ Love the vid.
Thank you Hollie-Ann! I ordered the moisturiser when I visited the US earlier this year, but Dieux do ship internationally from their website - everything but the serum can be sent here I think! ✈️💙 x

I like the sound of this Sarah! Thank you for sharing ☺️💛 x

Is the neutrogena moisturizer any good for acne prone skin? The product description appeals to me but reviews are mixed
Thank you for sharing your routine Anna! I've always heard good things about that Clarins mask and Fresh cream 💙 x
You just made my day saying Ultra Violette is coming to the US!!! ❤❤❤ Merry Christmas indeed! 😂 my skincare is basically all CeraVe 😂 my skin loves it and it’s consistent!
Isn't the news a great early Christmas present Carolyn! 😍☀️ x

Back with more makeup content in the new year! ✨ x
