Look at peri oral dermatitis. It’s common, hard to treat and persistent, burns, comes with pustules and flakes. Happens around Orifices of the face typically.... some people have it chronically. Biopsies have been done on it and it’s still unknown what causes it.

I also developed seb dermatitis in my hair after taking isotretinion with 2 years , horrible dandruff in my hair i almost lost half of my hair , i never had seb dermatitis before taking isotretinion , and am trying to get rid of the dandruff but its very stubborn am taking cortisone ,salisalic acid and anti dandruff shampoo for almost 2 years and still have seb dermatitis, some doctors recommend isotretinion to heal seb dermatitis, but I didn’t take it because i doubt that seb dermatitis that developed is one of isotretinion symptoms , and after i saw your video am convinced

It's actually oily skin that causes it and unfortunately the only thing that helps is to go back on a low dose of accutane every time I come off of it this happens months later when my oily skin comes back. I used to get it so bad that my skin would bleed and it stings so bad but going back on a very low dose that I take twice to three times a week has completely cured it and I don't have any of the harsh side effects that I did on the higher dosage.

Actually i tried everything with my seborrheic dermatitis. My derma even prescribed me an Itraconazole for oral medicine (anti fungal) it didnt work
So when i feel so hopeless, my derma told me to take isotretinoin to inhibit excessive sebum production on my face. But mind you guys, isotretinoin is for serious condition only as it is very drying to your skin becuse the medicine helps the behaviour of your skin to secrete reasonable amount of sebum
Not allowed with kidney failure, high blood folks and pregnant women.
