Sardarji Namaskar, I bought SAMSUNG F 13 4G in the month of August 2022. Since then the youtube does not run smoothly , phone gets hanged , kooapp does not run smoothly, automatically changes screen , back key does not work sometimes. I visited service centre in kolkata several times and also over whattsapp . No help received. Kindly advise.I do not use it for heavy work or gaming.
