I'm only 15 minutes in, however I wanted to jump on here and just say this. I know you were concerned about people thinking you're messy, but I think it looks like you guys have a family and a normal life outside of your channel. I just love how refreshing it is to see a normal family on here, with normal messy areas and things hidden away in cabinets, lol. Thanks for all your content!
Absolutely stunned by all the negative comments?? For those that know, you know, for those that don't, here you go....if you don't post on your regular schedule YT will stop pushing your videos out. It can take weeks or longer to recover from that some channels don't. So in other words you won't get notified when there's a new video to watch, they can even stop suggesting the channel to new viewers..C'mon show some love they've had a tough go the last little while ❤.

The entire home is just so beautiful. I have seen all the videos for the makeovers, but that's ok. Just a reminder of how beautiful it really is! You asked, so here's my worst late Oct: I'm in Hood River Oregon... abot 10 yrs ago we had a heavy snow before Halloween! A maple tree on the property where we rented fell because it was still half full of large leaves; it took down the main power line to the area, which included Walmart. They were closed for a week. Our tv, microwave & one computer were fried, glad I had renter's insurance.

any electronic light like a digital clock on a microwave or cookers are not a solid light, the light actually flashes very fast that the naked eye cannot see it, but when you record you can see it move because recoding works the same way.
Really love your content. October here in the hills of NE Kansas near Ft Leavenworth highs are around 40-50 and lows 30s and sometimes even show in the latter part of the month. I love the wall colour and the butcher block counters. The sofa looks so pretty. Finally,

Reading out of that notebook may be embarrassing but we’ve all been there. We were all young, silly and in love and I wouldn’t change it for the world. I’m old enough that I have buried two husbands and a permanent fiancé and so I know how precious love can be and how it can be gone in a second. Keep the note book, read it once in a while and it’ll make you smile even 30 years from now.
I’ve been dying to know where you guys are located & finally figured it out. Im quiet the internet sleuth. Lol! Not really but since you’re not tooooo awfully far from me, I’ve got a disaster in Alabama fit for filming & viewing that will define you even MORE, and get your contact with HGTV a lot sooner!!! Seriously! I know it’s probably not gonna happen but it’s like I heard a kid say under this breath after him mom turned him down on his request to buy him a toy, “Well, it was worth a try!”, a philosophy I should have adopted a long time ago. 😀 Never hurts to dream, wish, and pray. Who would have though Ben & Erica from HGTV would have chosen to come to a town near me to help with a tornado disaster? Don’t know til we try .

Andrea, I have an eye for detail, to a fault sometimes, but I can’t see anything but perfection in your work. You’ve only been doing this a short time and look at the views! Unbelievable!!! What makes you unique is you’re a female, a lady with feminine flare, that has the skills of a master carpentry, usually a male plus a designer, to; something I’ve never seen before. Pro Tip, - - - Dont apply paints or stains in open sun, The sun raises the surface temps of your wood/projects much faster than the chemistry of finish was designed for.

Regarding the flashing screens on camera: the refresh rate of the screen causes the flashing effect when they are videotaped. The refresh rate isn't in synch with your camera. IMO you two are amazing, I love what you do together.
My husband and I had been married for 29 years and he got severely hurt on the job in June 22 and on 2/28/24 he passed away. We had had problems but I guess that doesn’t matter anymore. 😭😢😩😢
You're one of my favorite channels. I love you guys, your personalities, sense of humor, great style and very professional projects. Not to sound like a Debbie Downer, but when I clicked the video and saw it was 2 hours long, was a bit irritated. I could watch a Netflix movie in less time. I don't devote that much viewing to a You Tube Video, even ones that are 45 minutes are a bit long when trying to fit one in, here and there.
I agree with the majority of the other comments - repeat on content. Don't know if it was an error or your part or you're trying to make up for no video last Friday.
