The truss rod is adjusted at the neck heel. So, you have to take the neck off to adjust it. Kind of a hassle, but that's how a lot of guitar are... 🤷🏻♂️
I picked my upJackson Adrian smith for $350 used in mint condition and love it! I had pu's(Dimarzio's) laying around so i put those in. But even the stock ones were good enough. The neck shape is based on the old early 80's Charvel san dimas strats.
@@JoeHartRocks Did you Oil it? I re-did mine with Tru oil. I lightly sanded off the satin poly and re coated the neck with Birchwood casey's Tru -Oil. The $3K-$4K EBMM guitars use this oil and it is great!
@@These_go_to_eleven_1959 @Joe Hart Greetings. One question, how heavy is the guitar? How many kilograms does it weigh? I'm looking for a lighter guitar than my Gibson LP Traditional or my PRS SE Akesson because I'm having back problems. I liked the aesthetics of this guitar and I have seen that in general there are divided opinions about it. But I haven't seen any video where they talk about the weight of the guitar. If you could get me out of doubt I would appreciate it. Best regards
@@ferlovemusic For a basswood strat style it is on the heavy side. i would guess around 7 or 8 pounds? it is heavier than my RG which is also all basswood.
@@These_go_to_eleven_1959 about 3kg 600 grams. Well then it would be 700 grams less than my les paul. Nearly a 2 pounds less. I imagine that it also depends on which guitar within this model will weigh a little more or a little less. Thank you for the information because it is very valuable to me when deciding whether to buy it or not. The weight in this case is one of the important things that I have to take into account.👍👍👍👍👍
Just set the floyd so you cannot pull back? I see all my floyds so they dive in pitch only. This increases the sustain and low end/thickness of the tone. You do NOT need to replace the floyd with the $250 one. The "special" is the same trem except the saddles are zinc and the block is not Brass. here is the info from a Floyd rose site, "The Floyd Rose Special maintains the same exact design and features of an Original Floyd Rose, while utilizing zinc alloy saddles in place of steel and a zinc alloy sustain block in place of brass"
Mine was floating. A Strat trem can also be set to float. I always deck mine, but many people have theirs set to float. Hendrix, Beck, Blackmore, Malmsteen...
Yeah these are definitely not flush mounted like a strat. There's no routing for the Floyd, but they are mounted high off the body so they do actually pull back
Bro i just want to ask if this indonesia version and if so! Can please tell me where to adjust the truss rod of this guitar?

Yeah, I was thinking of doing that with the trem. Maybe... But being able to pull it up is pretty fun!! :-)
The Floyd in this guitar is not a floating bridge. It’s a decked bridge like a fender strat. It just happens to be double locking.

@@booshting3520 from the factory they are flush mounted like EVH guitars, if yours is floating some body did that after the fact.
@@eve5150 Nope, they are not flat against the body from the factory..
