- This video I install a Rot-Fab intake on my 2018 Camaro 1SS 1LE with the sound tube delete and dry filter options. Also shows the unboxing of all the components you receive in the Roto-Fab kit. I ordered my intake from Phastek Performance.

I put an Airaid CAI on my truck and the only thing I saw increase was fuel consumption LOL I loved that sound it made when I floored it, I think that was the problem!
Nice video, I have been meaning to get one of those for my 2016 2SS Camaro. My question is how did the sound tube delete change the tone of the exhaust? I have dual mode exhaust on my car and love the way it sounds.
I won't be able to drive it for a couple months. But I honestly don't think the change is going to be noticeable. There is a definitely noticeable change in the intake sound. The exhaust still sounds as good as ever!
The sound tune is for cabin noise.. it pumps it into the cabin. Weird I know.
@@kickinit48 I love the sound inside the cabin when I have the windows up. How does deleting the sound tube effect the noise? Is it noticeably quieter inside?
I didn’t notice a difference and it cleans up the engine bay. I also have cut my resonators out on my exhaust.. I will be switching to headers and 3” exhaust to stock muffler. ARH system.
Have you checked your intake temps while driving since you installed your Roto Fab? If so do they rise or stay normal?
Yes I have lots of data logs while driving. Intake temps stay at ambient. Only rise little in traffic but not a lot. Once moving right back to ambient. No issue at all from what I've seen

@@EssMotorsports put a chain on it and sell it as an anchor. Better use for a 305!
It would've been cool to see the difference between stock and the roto-fab with a dyno pull, but I understand, we're not talking 100HP more or anything like that.
For sure.... but dyno time is expensive.
@@EssMotorsports Yeah I know, it would only be worth it if you were doing internal mods involving significant cost and making sure everything was running right.

Rotofab Intake is the best intake for the camaro, and quality is great. Absolutely no issues with Rotofab intake!

Did the roto fab cai fit the 95mm tb you added?
Yes it fit with no issues whatsoever on the 95mm tb. The coupler is pretty flexible.
How much for one 1⃣ dem rotofab
Links are in the description for both the Dry version with sound tube delete as well as the Oiled that keeps the sound tube. Depends what you want to go with.
