WOW!! I'm glad I finally found some people that have the same feeling about "food" as I do. I realized about a year ago that I was addicted to sugar. 4 years ago I quit drinking as I had a pretty good problem and was able to stop, but my food intake then kicked up. I've been doing the fasting/carnivore thing for about 7 years and have fallen off the wagon so many times, that I'm a pro at getting back on the wagon, but my falling off gets worse and worse. I'm currently off the wagon and gorging myself with "donuts" (and everything around them)
Last June 1st I quit everything and was able to stay off for over 3 months and broke when I came back to the states. (I was living in Guatemala and bad foods weren't so easy to get) I went back but just 6 months later, I had to move back to Florida and I'm "enjoying" all the crap foods that are about a mile away.
I used Naltrexone to help with the drinking, I wonder if it'll help with the glucose.
June 1st is coming up again and I'm going back on the wagon full time now that I've got to eat the foods I missed, but HATE the feeling I get after a day of pigging out. It's like mini hangover.

Well I guess I definitely have sugar addiction. I went weeks without it, not enough months. And I go back to it, but got to break the habit, I know obesity is tough like you say only 1% of people do it with just modifying the food without cutting it out, so I've been overweight for over 20 to 25 years so, so I really got it do something about it.. 🙏🏽💜

I have to admit it. I have food addiction to sugar, flour and sweets. thanks for the podcast. The big problem I have is I don’t know when to stop eating, either junk or health foods, all the same. Something has gone wrong between my brain & stomach signals. Which part of body controls this signal?

Try carnivore for a full 30 days. I’ve got a horrible history of over eating and obsession with food and carnivore has been the only thing that has left me satiated and calmed down the over eating monster. It’s very freeing.
