How to connect TV & Setup Box using Ethernet Cable || HDMI to Ethernet Adapter

Hi, i bought same adapter but its not working with my ethernet cable, i bought ethernet cable too and connected the TX and RX adpter respectively in transmitor and receriver but still not working. will you help me?
