The purple highlighter and super shock cheek are super unique and so therefore very tempting to pick up because I don’t see anything else like them on the market right now. Not sure how “wearable” they are. I like the pallet layout with the shimmers on top and mattes on the bottom. I wish they made more pallets with that layout just different colors. The packaging is such cool 70’s vibes.

Except for the tinker bell palette which they discontinued shortly RIP. But I totally agree. What I still get are Super Shocks I don't have, Jelly much which I don't have...I.. hopefully they continue with those and that's about it. So much makeup fatigue

Already got my cart loaded and ready to go! 🛒 Thanks so much for your review, thoughts/opinions and comparisons. I can definitely see striking similarities between the palette and the PPG palette. I never did get the PPG palette so I’m pretty excited to get this one (gotta admit the packaging definitely sold me on it for nostalgia reasons) and the colors will pair nicely with many of my other bright shadows in my collection. I’m also eyeing the SSS duos, at least one blush and the sol body highlighter. This collection just gives me so much joy and nostalgia!! I used to go skating at a local roller rink all the time when I was a kid (and it just reopened after a temporary closure), plus I got a brand new pair of iridescent roller skates that I’m dying to take for a spin! This collection just makes me even more excited to go back and skate again with my new skates!! Plus one more random side note…I love the little lightning bolts on the packaging. I always love getting things with lightning bolts on them because my last name ironically is Bolt. 😅⚡️

The blushes are definitely calling to me bc I love SSB 👀 (Also I hate the fact I turn into a giggling mess every time the word Pivot pops up…Friends has influenced too much of my vocabulary 😂)
I don't have ocd, but I find it annoying as well. I like to customize my palettes and the different sizes make it impossible to swap out the colors I don't like.
These super shock shadows remind me of the Stage Light loose powder eye-shadows I used to wear back in the late '70's/early '80's,-- very sparkly with lots of color :)
I know I am very late on this but I am just catching up on videos....do you think that the super shock cheeks are anything like the em cosmetics heavens glow blush (especially any of these shades)?!

I like the packaging a lot too. So fun. I don’t think I’ll be picking anything up, but I do like that some of the items are a bit more colorful.

The OCD in me hates inconsistent palette sizes and pan shapes within a brand. 😫

Retro is anything that’s at least 20 years old. The time gab is 20 - 40 years. Ones it’s 50 years old or more, it becomes vintage.
retro is apparently from at least 30 years ago. (retro is 50's to me -80s kid)
