March 19th, 2021 Stage IIIA Non Small Cell Lung Cancer (Non-Smoking)
February 2022 Stage IV Non Small Cell Lung Cancer (spreading to Brain, and other parts of lung and lymph nodes)
Gene Mutation EGFR with Exon 20 Insertion
TREATMENTS: Received or currently Receiving
2021: 8 Rounds of Chemotherapy (Carboplatin and Paclitaxel) with 30 concurrent radiation treatments to chest and lung
Failed Immunotherapy directly after Chemo and Radiation (Durvalumab, 1 round)
2022: Chemotherapy
10 rounds of Chemotherapy (Carboplatin, Alimta, and Avastin)
6 with Carboplatin, 4 without
Targeted Brain Radiation (Completed)
Most Recent Treatment plan, prior to passing:
Whole Brain and Spine Proton Therapy (Radiation) 13 sessions
Clinical Trial Medication NOLA
The purpose of my channel is to document my cancer journey to look back on, and/or help anyone else going through anything similar. It is also to potentially help loved ones supporting those who are in this fight as well. This is also an easy way to update a lot of people at once. My main goal is to have footage of this journey for my husband and children to look back on. I originally created this channel as a sort of video diary for my
family.

Your beautiful wife passed peacefully Kyle, she had one thing that she was so pleased with your Dad skills & it must've spared her a lot of stress bcos not all mothers would have such a capable, strong, well balanced & loving Dad as you. I think she was a little smug in her judgement of character choosing such a legend to share her life with, to create a gorgeous family with you & in knowing she leaves her legacy in yr children. Jenny is everywhere in those children & getting to be their mother in their formative years. The all important 0 to 5yrs old. They received the best input & know they're loved, validated & have the best possible nurturing any child can get. Much respect & admiration for you & Jenny.

When I saw photos of Jenny around Winnie's age, she did have a splitting image of Winnie. I thought at the moment that it was Winnie.

A person only dies when they are spoken about for the last time, remember that, keep her alive in everything you do.
This means Jenny is alive (in a spiritual way) for as long as people remember her.
@@PlanetGuy901 yep I just lost my best mate to cancer, I actually filmed a documentary on his life, some time in palliative care, he was a musician, sound engineer and mentor I want his legacy to live on so just like Jenny you have to talk about them often so they still live on

Kyle, This is one of the best videos you have made about grief so far. Remembering but not falling into the trap of rumination about your loss - which is guaranteed to damage and disable you. Jenny was the foundation of the day but you showed the happiness which can come from valuing what you still have and the happiness of your life as a parent and friend to the kids. Jenny was an inspiration to me! I had recently broke my back and neck and came across this channel last May!!! Days I was thinking my pain was so intense and then God brought me Jenny!!! I continued watching and getting strength from her!! I know God was and is still working thru Jenny!I fell in love with the whole family!!

@@louern123Oh yes, the bugs in Maine. I live in California, but we lived in Maine for two years due to my deceased husband’s job. There are black flies in the summer that bite, and really hurt. The lakes are gorgeous, and people have ‘camps’ such as you may have seen in the movie On Golden Pond, but the beauty’s price is pesky biting bugs. All of the lake homes have screened in porches, and even in town, people have netting all over their backyard relaxing areas.
Oh, I forgot to mention that although we don’t have the biting black flies, we have mosquitoes, that this summer are out in record numbers carrying the West Nile virus, at least up here in NorCal. It can be a very dangerous disease causing encephalitis in humans, and animals, including dogs are susceptible as well. We use Deet when out in early morning or dusk.

Kyle that was the best birthday you could have done, just perfect, I loved the creek so beautiful, the whole day was beautiful, you ellis and winnie always look so impeccable, clean and tidy, you don't realise how well you are doing, you are looking after those babies so well mentally and physically, how ellis looks after winnie is definately jenny, he really does have that calm caring side doesn't he, your all so beautiful, I noticed straight away no stroller boy did they do good little winnie bless her, your creating such beautiful.memories ❤❤
