Your not going to hell for eating those things, but God would rather have us not eat stuff like pork. 2 years ago God convicted me not to eat pork anymore but he did it for the benefit of my health. I used to have severe coughs in which I would Cough up blood but after I took God’s advice even after covid it in 2019 I did not have a severe sickness for the first time in 10 years, even till now I am the healthiest I’ve been since I followed what God forbid us to eat and what he saids is ok to eat. Pretty sure evolution exists. Many animals adapt to changes in their environment. Like a mouse that lived in the desert, then they had to adapt to a different landscape by evolving, and they changed their fur. Or like dogs being evolved from wolves. It exists.

There are major problems in reading evolution into Genesis chapter 1. Problem 1: evolution is just not there. Evolution is a man made concept that was created in order to explain creation in the absence of a creator. The minds of men that first conceived the idea of evolution all the way through today are people who hate God. That's a fact that they didn't deny then, and they don't deny it now. Christians who support evolution aren't doing so because that's what the Bible says. They are doing so because they have bought into a worldly lie and are trying to cram it in there (I say that in love for my brothers and sisters, but it's true). Problem 2: there is ZERO proof for evolution. Every single piece of so called evidence that has been put forth in support of evolution over the years has been thoroughly debunked. Problem 3: this problem is the MAIN problem. If you read evolution into Genesis 1 then, in order to be consistent, in your beliefs you have to say that what the Bible says in Genesis chapter 1 is not literal history, but instead poetry or something like that. Reading millions of years of evolution into Genesis chapter 1 would mean there was no literal Adam. If there was no literal Adam then there was no original sin. If there was no original sin then there is no need for a Savior. If there is no need for a Savior then Jesus died for nothing and the cross is empty of its power. So you know I didn't come up with that. The great thinkers of old who came up with the theory of evolution came up with that. You see, it all goes back to the cross. As for me I'm going to go with God on this one. He was there, so what He said in His word is going to be good enough for me. Also, before anyone goes to 2 Peter 3:8 in an attempt to support evolution I would suggest you go read that in context. That has nothing to do with creation week. What that verse is talking about is how patient our Lord is with sinful humanity. Also, Paul, as he was carried along by the Holy Spirit references Adam and Eve. So did Jesus Christ. Genesis is literal history. That's the way it is written. That's the way our Lord intended it. God gave us His word as a precious gift. He gave us the right and the privilege to read it in order to learn more about who He is, who we are, and how we can be made right with Him through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. What we don't have the right to do is cherry pick scripture, and twist it in order to make God and His Word for what we think it should look like. When you read evolution into the Bible that is exactly what you are doing.

Pretty sure evolution exists. Many animals adapt to changes in their environment. Like a mouse that lived in the desert, then they had to adapt to a different landscape by evolving, and they changed their fur. Or like dogs being evolved from wolves. It exists.

A common misconception: Evolution is about man originating from apes.
That man originates from apes is a hypothesis one can have in evolution, but it doesn't necessarily follow from the general theory of evolution.
Evolution is just the theory that living beings can change their physical features over large amounts of time. Macro evolution is the theory that one species can transform into a whole other species. Micro evolution is the theory that physical features of a species can change.
An example of micro evolution is for example that over time, the future generation of people who moved to warmer places, get darker skins.
An example of macro evolution is for example the belief that birds originate from flying dinosaurs.
You can believe evolution without believing us humans originate from apes, even if you believe macro evolution can happen, that doesn't necessarily mean you believe that it always happened where it seems like it could've happened, as with the case of apes and humans
Additionally btw, the bible even supports micro evolution, because if we assume God didn't create any humans without birth after Noah's flood, then there's no other possibility than micro evolution cause why would otherwise one person be black and the other white if we all stem from Noah's family

Scientists call them theories. Technically. A theory is scientific term that's a guess . All the answers that scientists spend their short lives searching for in every place on n off earth will be answered when their short life is over, a life that they used up seeking how God did it instead of seeking God himself. There's a difference between evolution and adaption. Some people believe that evolution is the progression of a species but that's not really true most species change to adapt to the environment this May look like evolution but if you look at monkeys and human beings monkeys have not changed their purpose in life there still monkeys and they do monkey thing meanwhile human being have changed in many various ways, intelligence, speech, music and so forth. However some human beings are trying to evolve from being human two machines and that's a demonic act which the devil has place in man to make him believe he could be his own God and live forever. A better example is the LGBTQ, etc... what started out as lesbian gays bisexuals transgenders have grown to pansexuals and so forth and look at the mess it's created, is that evolution?

There are major problems in reading evolution into Genesis chapter 1.
Problem 1: evolution is just not there. Evolution is a man made concept that was created in order to explain creation in the absence of a creator. The minds of men that first conceived the idea of evolution all the way through today are people who hate God. That's a fact that they didn't deny then, and they don't deny it now.
Christians who support evolution aren't doing so because that's what the Bible says. They are doing so because they have bought into a worldly lie and are trying to cram it in there (I say that in love for my brothers and sisters, but it's true).
Problem 2: there is ZERO proof for evolution. Every single piece of so called evidence that has been put forth in support of evolution over the years has been thoroughly debunked.
Problem 3: this problem is the MAIN problem. If you read evolution into Genesis 1 then, in order to be consistent, in your beliefs you have to say that what the Bible says in Genesis chapter 1 is not literal history, but instead poetry or something like that. Reading millions of years of evolution into Genesis chapter 1 would mean there was no literal Adam. If there was no literal Adam then there was no original sin. If there was no original sin then there is no need for a Savior. If there is no need for a Savior then Jesus died for nothing and the cross is empty of its power. So you know I didn't come up with that. The great thinkers of old who came up with the theory of evolution came up with that. You see, it all goes back to the cross. As for me I'm going to go with God on this one. He was there, so what He said in His word is going to be good enough for me. Also, before anyone goes to 2 Peter 3:8 in an attempt to support evolution I would suggest you go read that in context. That has nothing to do with creation week. What that verse is talking about is how patient our Lord is with sinful humanity.
Also, Paul, as he was carried along by the Holy Spirit references Adam and Eve. So did Jesus Christ. Genesis is literal history. That's the way it is written. That's the way our Lord intended it. God gave us His word as a precious gift. He gave us the right and the privilege to read it in order to learn more about who He is, who we are, and how we can be made right with Him through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. What we don't have the right to do is cherry pick scripture, and twist it in order to make God and His Word for what we think it should look like. When you read evolution into the Bible that is exactly what you are doing.
What if evolution happened outside a timeless Garden of Edens. And Adam, living in the garden is kicked out, his son feared retribution from people for killing his brother, so God marked him to make sure others left him alone.

You have to read all kinds of strange things into the Bible in order to try and squeeze evolution in there. As I stated earlier God has not given us the authority to do that. He told us what He meant to say, and when you change it you are adding something to scripture that God never said. As for Cain, I can't see how he has anything to do with the topic at hand, but I'll answer the question. Adam and Eve did not just have Cain and Abel. They had other sons and daughters, Genesis 5:4.
