I’ve worked at schools as a support staff worker my entire adult life, and now I’ve been a teaching assistant for almost 8 years. It is definitely not easy, but it’s rewarding. My daughter was at my school when I started there too. I understand your concerns. Thanks for sharing your experiences with us! 💕
Following for more videos. Thankyou for your transparency. I have applied for teacher assistant positions locally but I have no experience. Only preschool teacher and substitute teacher experience.
I hope things go well for You. I tend to get overwhelmed easily Myself on the Job. I suppose to be taking on an Instructional Aide job as well, dealing with kids with learning disabilities. This will be My first Real teaching job other than working in a Daycare for 3 months as an Infant Teacher. I just hope I do well.
