You think the Germans were living at the best level? They followed some wacko into war that left them helpless to save their women ,young girls and dogs from the desires of Russia soldiers. Idiots if you ask me. Germans were jealous of other European’s empires and set the white race back a century at best or at worse led them down the road of extinction. All the immigration to Europe and the US wouldn’t be happening with a strong European empires. It’d be the other way around. The world would have a few more Australias and New Zealand type countries.
