if ur on mouse and key board, my recommendation is to spam after u do vapour. Instead of time for the vapour activation, ur timing for when to stop spamming, which is a lot easier

@EXITHUNT3.0 New to mortal kombat and looking to main Smoke. If i look at some of your key inputs in the video it comes out different than ingame shows. Is there a tollerqnce to error or how does it work. For instance when you do bf3 it shows on input at the side b3f. How does that work?
Man the timing for the cancel really trips me up. I keep inputting too early.
Just played a person who kept teleport canceling into a overhead and a low. It was bonkers and i didnt know how to counter it cause ehe just kept goin!!

Not gonna lie i saw that first cancel that put a smile on my face
I am struggling big time to hit the cancel after the fwd1-2, the timing window is extremely small, which makes it soo freaking hard to pull off
try hitting it later actually, like just as smoke enters the vapor, that's worked for me
Any tips with inputting the dash? I get the cancels down easy when I can actually get the Input of the dash to come out. I can do every other smoke special easy and consistent expect for the dash, might just be me and my small brain but idk if anyone got any tips
if ur holding back , go to neutral for a frame then input Back->Forward quickly , u cant be holding back

It’s very hard to get the cancel inputs down
practice will make it easy. you have to “feel” it. only way to get that feel for it is repetition.

Its hard to pull off on kombat League
The first cancel shown, why would you want to do that cancel? F4 is +8 on block. The cancel makes you -6, giving up your turn.
I would never use f4 on my opponent. It’s a high and 20 frames. It more of using it in full screen to mess with ur opponent.
@@WBM_EXITHUNTwhat are you talking about, you literally showed in your video you using f4 and then canceling into an usafe teleport when the move itself is +8. F4 is literally one of his best buttons. It breaks armor, jails into f1 and f3, and can be easily setup by Lao hat or Sektor missile.
@@zombiepanda9978I think he’s just showing a way to cancel his teleport AFTER it switches screen sides, which Smoke normally cannot do.
Here’s a like for the comment about touching the opponent in inappropriate areas. I have to admit that literally made me lol.
For him to just cancel it constantly with no meter to burn at all, is just so ridiculous. Everyone else have to burn meter to cancel something. And if you guys talk about Nitara's flight not costing meter, it actually does when shes doing a ground attack and flying after that attack. Any attack that causes her to go into the air for a short time causes her flight to burn meter after that attack. Only if she jumps in the air or using it in a combo. But it can also cause her to meter burn it if she uses her flight twice during a combo or usuing twice in general. But back to smoke, he could literally do this continuously and have all of his meter to back him up after all of it. Some charcters are just broken, Johnny with every plus frame imaginable, Raiden with plus frames plus too much damage and just annoying attacks in general, Kung Lao with being unpredictable, Scorpion with the zoning and safety, Subzero with his clone protecting him from literally everything. Basically everyone in the middle of the roster is broken in some way.
I don’t agree… this is exactly who the player is… he has no power without it lol no projectiles… moves are weak unless stitched together… it just makes sense for him to do this and it’s in his name
