      I agree;;I know they got the right guy;;but what puzzles me; is if the girls hadnt showed up? would RA killed some other girls or girls??or did Kline tell him they were going to be there??at that time?or did he see klines webb to know they were going to be there;;it said some where the girls did talk to kilne on the web the nite before;;so was RA on that web and knew they were going to be there;?;maybe the girls told kline they were older than they were?and thats what RA thought also;;he said in his confession he thought they were older than they were??got to be a reason RA was there at the same time as the girls were;??all the fact are in line RA was the guy in abbys phone picture;;so he is guilty as sin;;but the why?and where puzzels me;;every crime has a motive-why-when-where-and how??the when where and how has been solved;;but when it comes to why?there has to be the reason abby an libby were the chosen ones???and if RA had it planned out he was wearing some type of golves so he didnt leave finger prints;;I would like to know how RA set it all up in the first place??

    If Kegan admitted to knowledge or planning of the murders or the girls being there, more time in jail for him. In every case there will remain some unexplained mysteries. It's not the job of the police and prosecutor to explain every detail. They just need to explain enough of the big factors to push it beyond reasonable doubt. Even if there are 99 unexplained details but the murderer is seen on camera committing the crime, they become irrelevant to the verdict.

    If I understand the defense attorneys and their fan base, they first took issue with the judge kicking off the defense team. This was in the midst of the defense pushing their Odinist theory. The fact the judge refused to allow the defense to introduce their theory coupled with their dismissal and then reinstatement, the entire trial "stinks". Do I have that correct? (Notice I didn't even mention the bullet) The issue they fail to recognize (or accept) is the fact the defense had ONE YEAR to find a single shred of credible evidence to support their theory. Not speculation. Not the sticks looked intentionally set in a pattern. They needed just something to support their theory. Defense could not fund anything. Not one bit outside of a theory and some guards with tattoos. Not one. Our legal system isn't going to permit theories based on speculation as a defense. Much like "Bryan Kohberger likes to drive around late at night" as an alibi. It is called "reasonable" doubt. Their theory isn't supported and therefore a reasonable person should not hold that theory with any weight.

    • @CharlesWhite-j4f
      @CharlesWhite-j4f 6 днів тому +2

      It was the tattoos on the prison guards which gave RA the inspiration to pin it on Odinists and to make up the whole fairy tale. The tattoos were merely innocent symbols, one of many thousand similar ones denoting machismo which certain men like to associate with, I would guess that in any tattoo parlour hundreds of similar designs can be selected from the house's pattern-book.

    From the outset, the introduction of the “Odinism” theory in the Delphi case appeared to be a diversion. As someone on the autism spectrum, I have a natural inclination to delve deeply into details, allowing me to analyze cases with a focus on logic and factual consistency. This analytical approach has been invaluable in following this case, as I’ve rigorously examined information from diverse media channels-including alternative sources and UA-cam-since the case first began. My conclusion remains consistent: Richard Allen is guilty.
    My autism allows me to approach information in a systematic, clinical way, prioritizing logic over emotional bias. This objectivity helps me to see the flaws in the “Odinism” narrative. Odinism, a spiritual path inspired by Norse mythology, emphasizes wisdom, honor, and respect for nature. The vast majority of modern Odinists are peaceful practitioners who have no involvement in violent acts. Their focus on introspection and reverence fundamentally contradicts the violent behaviors attributed in this case.
    Through my autistic lens, I’m able to dissect these claims with precision, evaluating how each piece of evidence fits within a logical framework. The attempt to tie Odinism to this case, in my view, lacks both factual grounding and alignment with Odinist values. This approach, driven by detailed analysis and logic, makes me confident in my assessment: Richard Allen is guilty, and the Odinism theory distracts from the clear evidence against him.

      @julez8053 6 днів тому

      This was also something I was wondering about. But since she perceived Allen as a much younger person, she might have thought that he was a friend of the girls and that they were meeting. But I'm still wondering, if Allen went after Betsy Blair first, but rescheduled when he saw the girls, since he seems to have walked back to sit on a bench.
      What surprised me was, that the 4 girls who encountered Allen were friends with Libby, and had an SMS exchange with her on their way off the trail, but didn't warn her about the creepy guy they just met.

    • @CharlesWhite-j4f
      @CharlesWhite-j4f 5 днів тому

      @@julez8053 The 4 girls met RA when he was just entering the trail, he may have looked purposeful and therefore non-threatening. They would therefore have no particular reason to consider him creepy. They saw no loitering behaviour.
      It was interesting that RA noticed details about the group of 4, for example that one was smaller than the other. Maybe he was already on the hunt and was sizing them up.
      Single men out walking should not be looking at females. In fact single males should not be out walking at all, unless for a definite purpose (dog, going somewhere, actively exercising, etc).
      Good point suggesting that RA might have considered attacking Betty Blair first! Clearly his presence on the bridge dissuaded her from proceeding further, she was too wise and adult to put herself into his spider's trap. So he refined his hunting technique, as Gray has suggested, by leaving the bridge, retracing his steps, and hoping that some other "prey" would enter his trap - the lonely narrow bridge with no escape. It's the stuff of nightmares.

    Gray, this was another fantastic coverage! I too, like many others, in the very beginning felt sorry for RA when I heard about his poor treatment in detention and was shocked by his physical condition on that photo. But little by little, pieces of information started to come out including the reason why he was tfd to a prison. You pieced it all together for us with the timeline, which is so important in every criminal case. My observations: His daughter testified on his behalf, but his wife didn't. The wife could have been an important advocate for him if she only spoke on the stand about him, and his demeanor when he came home that day - yet she didn't testify. During a snowstorm I sat looking out of our window and I saw a figure of a man covered in snow, all dressed for the weather, long coat, hat, gloves, walking with difficulty treading thru the snow - I immediately got up and open the door for him - I recognized my husband even before I saw his face. Kegan Kline: Are the odds that one ped contacts one of the girls and on the same day another ped takes their lives? and they both live so close to one another? These coincidences are almost impossible to occur in such small town or even a big town. Hey - thanks again!

    If you're driving from Mexico to Delphi the likely starting route would be business 31 to US 24 West. The intersection of these two roads is in Peru. There are no liquor stores in Mexico so if RA bought beer it would likely have been in one of the 3 liquor stores in Peru. The only way to buy cold beer in Indiana is at a liquor store. Groceries, gas stations and C-Stores can only sell warm. I'm sure LE combed through the sales history of every liquor store between Peru and Delphi looking for a receipt. Might have been an untraceable cash transaction but it sure would have been a nice piece of evidence

    Somehow RA knew L and A were going be there at the bridge
    I hate to say this but prosecutors knew the connection but didn’t used it to save face. What a disgrace to ISP and FBI if there was a connection . Back in 2017 they knew of the CSAM accounts started digging until 2020 finished.The defense also knew of the connection but both agreed not to use it . Defense didn’t use it because it directly connects to A and L .Definitely guilty. So who knows? In other words they could had this solved years ago. IMO

It just encourages the bullsh*t. It is scary, the amount of information & evidence people will try to explain away, if not STARE STRAIGHT THROUGH as if it isn't there.
    I'm glad the Delphi case set a precedent that conspiracy cult theories don't cut it in the courtroom! We need people like Gray & anyone who knows how to use their brain, to make sure of it.
