Excellent video Gray and your best one yet..I think you have nailed what is absolutely by far the most likely scenario. However, as I stated yesterday, I still feel its possible that he could have actually followed Betsy Blair with intent after she turned around back up the trail until he walked past Libby and Abby and then changed his mind and then turned around and followed them staying back from a distance until they got 3/4 the way across the bridge.. I think this could be another reason why he denied seeing Betsy Blair..We may never know for sure from Allen himself or LE exactly how it all went down, however both your theory and mine definitely point to Richard Allen as definitely the man who killed the girls..There is absolutely zero doubt about it. Thanks.
I agree with you, Gray. Also, i find it frustrating that it took so long for the arrest when there's been a photo of the killer since day 1. But at least he's caught now.
I hope when this case finally makes it to court there is an intelligent jury that can find it's way through all the crap that is sure to be thrown around.
You would think with a picture it would have been easy, especially if the picture was of a local guy that worked at the only CVS pharmacy in that really small town, just yards from the crime scene, that every single person in Delphi has interacted with many times! Well… unless the picture wasn’t of the guy who worked at CVS that everyone in town interacted with for years. 🤔
@@ReactorFour The clip from the video was too far away and of poor quality to identify any facial features. The clothing was generic. All you can make out is the color and short legs. It doesn't matter anyway because he said he was wearing those colored clothes and was there at the time.
Very good rundown of the timeline and of what is most likely the state's case against RA. It seems pretty straight forward and simple so I just have one glaring question: Why did it take 5 years for LE to put this together? All of this information was available to them fairly quickly after the murders.
He led them down the hill and to their deaths. No doubt. Whether anyone else was in cahoots with him and waiting, I don't know. As far as RA is concerned, he's 100% responsible and guilty either way. In the scenario where he did it alone, he does it with his own hands, and is 100% responsible. In the scenario where he led them to someone lying it wait, it is no different than him using a tool to commit murder with. Any other person would have just been his tool (like a weapon) rather than his own hands. He's still 100% responsible and guilty..
thanks Gray. been following this case since the start and that is when I found your youtube channel. With all the ups and downs of this, side investigations that were linked (indirectly), wild speculations, rumors and strait out nonsense from some other "content creators" you were always there to help me get a clear picture of the facts as we are allowed to know them. I'm not sure how to explain it but when I do get to watching you sometimes, I never forget the victims and the cry for justice. RA is BG.
Gray, for sure your research, continued accuracy of investigating, and visual graphics of the crime have motivated us all to seek justice for these young ladies and their families. Thank you.
Agree completely! What was his motive? What makes a man who works as a pharmacy tech in the community, kill 2 young teenage girls his own daughter's age? Was he communicating with Kegan Cline? So many questions!
Great video. People say "it cant be him because he went to the police". Actually his interview with the conservation officer on the 17th of feb 2017 goes in the direction of hisguilt. The police retrieved the video on libby's phone on the 14th of feb 2017 and made a snapshot from it public on the 15th (showing the bridge and the silhouette and clothing of bridge guy) and pretended they wanted to talk to the guy on the picture or anyone recognizing him, as he was a potential witness. They let the "guys down the hill" and the mention of the gun, out of public knowledge . And they set up a tipline at that point. Thus we can see that if Allen is the man, he recognized himself on the bridge, and he panicked as he was sure anyone else would recognize him. So he called the tip line and (on the 16th or early on the 17th) to set up an informal meeting with the conservation officer by the grocery store, and not at the police preccinct one block away from his place of work at cvs. he pretended he was there that afternoon (where the picture was taken), he probably said what he was wearing and he knew he was recorded although the officer was taking note (and apparently lost the tape...but allen could not know that). And he said that he saw nothing. His point was just that. Suggest that he was bridge guy. But that he saw nothing. Which is impossible from betsy blair testimony.he must have crossed the 2 victims path. He said he did not cross the bridge which is actually pretty incriminating as at that point the place of abdiction was not made public and only the killer knew that. yet he carefully said he stayed on platform one (and the video shows that this is a lie obviously). As he did not know where the picture came from (it is possible he believd it came from besty blair whom he pretends not to have seen), so it is quite likely he stayed as vague as possible about his time there, floating the idea he was there sometimes between 1.30 and 3.30. Then his interview got lost (one can imagine the tipline was overloaded)and a week later the "down the hill" audio was made public, indicating BG was more than a mere witness, and RA kept a low profile. Had he come forward before the afternoon of the 15th it would have been credible. It would have been sponteanous. Had he come after the time that bg was known as the abductor later that month it would have been even more credible. Also had he said anything of substance helping the investigation in anyway, that would a credible testimony. But it was selfserving BS and that's all.
Nothing like facts, video evidence, a timeline, multiple witnesses and satellite image maps to clear up this series of events. Thank you! This is a great video. It makes it easier for people like me who don’t have great spatial awareness. I do think Richard Allen is Bridge Guy. The bullet isn’t that convincing to me because ballistics identifying bullets that have been fired isn’t really that great, identifying an unspent round is even harder. But I just can’t get over the fact that he put himself on the bridge, wearing the exact clothes the man Libby caught on video had on, people have evaluated that video and based on the measurements calculated that BG is 5’4”-5’6”. And how tall is Rick Allen? 5’5”? Around there? AND he confessed to the murders 5 times. Having said that, I do believe the SCOIN should step in and boot Gull off the case and reinstate his attorneys. Give him the lawyers he wants, the ones who were fighting for his life. So then if the state convinces a jury that he’s the murderer there will be no doubt. Otherwise if Gull is left on as the judge and he doesn’t get his attorneys back 1: I believe there will be strong grounds for appeal. Not only for violating his right to choose his attorney (which she is now that they’ve said they’d do it pro bono,) but also his right to a speedy trial. That’s one that judges do NOT like to mess with because that is one instance where the perp can actually walk. If a higher court finds that speedy rights were violated that is not grounds for a new trial that’s grounds for release. And 2: if Gull is left to preside over this trial there are forever going to be conspiracies of corruption. With LE, with the prosecution and with the judge. So give him the fairest trial anyone has ever had. That way when he is finally convicted there will be no question they got the right guy.
You have the right to choose your own attorneys if you are paying for them, but if the state is supplying your attorneys you get what you get. They were responsible for the death scene photos getting out, and the judge had every right to remove them.
There will be conspiracies regardless. You can’t allow lawyers who continuously break the rules to continue representing a client in court, it’s unethical and I can’t fathom how people keep thinking they should be allowed to continue and the Judge should be kicked off the case. A fair trial is impossible when one sides lawyers constantly leak information to sway public opinion and poison the jury pool.
@@beccagee5905 which is why I said they are violating his right to choose his attorneys “ now that they’ve said they’d do it pro bono.” A pro bono attorney is no different than an attorney you hire. Once they went on the record as representing him pro bono they were no longer “appointed counsel.” And you have no idea what you’re even talking about. Gull did not have “every right” to boot them without due process. Idk who you’ve been talking to but judges cannot just make “findings of gross negligence” and DQ someone’s lawyers because crime scene photos were leaked. That’s just ridiculous. Please show me any lawyer anywhere who says that’s normal or even ok. It’s alright, I’ll wait…
Thank you for breaking it down in your perspective. I also believe that everything you broke down is supported by the facts we do know to date. I hope 12 normal ppl with common sense make it on to the jury and justice prevails.
I had looked at Bag magnified so many times, when they first announced RA arrest, I knew it was him, the same face....no doubt in my mind....those eyes ....goatee etc....
Thank you for taking the time to explain what i was confused about. All the ritualistic evidence released is just taking the focus off the facts. The odds are basically impossible for it to have been anyone else based off waitness and his own statements.

I just dont understand how he wouldve concealed a gun that big... and I also was never fully convinced that BG was automatically the killer. Hearing the audio, ive interpreted it as "guys? Down the hill"... like as if he overheard them looking for guys and saw some guys looking for someone too... i also know that ive recorded videos by accident, even in snapchat where you have to hold the button, especially if the app was already open. Of course I dont know either way and just want THE killer caught and buried under the prison. I'm just not truly convinced either way. Regardless, I just discovered your channel and I love that you're keeping this case alive. I appreciate and admire your research and dedication. You're a godsend. 🙏🏽 JUSTICE FOR ABBY AND LIBBY Edited to add: I'd love to know which girl's phone was talking to Kline and which was filming. If Snapchat was open on one phone and the other girl was typing response/reading, it's entirely possible im my eyes that the BG video was accidentally recorded... If I'm missing something, PLEASE, anyone, tell me. I'm not a RA fangirl, but I do find the defense's theory 100% plausible as a hoosier who even knows Odinists. And I'll never understand why he'd admit to going and wearing the same as BG if he did it and were trying to get away with it. Also, he doesn't seem to match the profile of this kind of killer. To my knowledge, he had ZERO indicators of being THIS kind of guy. Again, if I'm missing some facts, I'm open to learning!
@@ItsSVO He is innocent until proven guilty, some people miss that point for sure. It reminds me of the scene in Monty Python's In search of the holy grail where they are accusing a woman of being a witch, and everyone is yelling Burn her, Burn her, without any due process. And the joke in the movie is that she is obviously innocent, but the bloodthirsty crowd doesn't care about due process, they just want to Burn her. He very well may be guilty, but lets find out in a court of law, when all the evidence is presented.
@@Navigator001 by law yes and nobody is missing that point. The law doesn’t prevent somebody forming their own opinion of guilt or innocence based upon the available evidence we have currently though. You nor I are will be oj the Jury and therefore, we cannot possibly convict him of a crime by simply having a well informed and reasoned opinion. What is it you believe a jury does? They look at the available evidence and then form an opinion. Based on the evidence available (and there will be much more in the trial) I’m as certain he is guilty of the crimes he’s charged with as I was with Alex Murdaugh. There is nothing wrong with me having that opinion because the foundation of it is built upon the evidence. It also has no bearing on his innocence in the eyes of the law. That will be determined by trial.
There’s some evidence against him but it’s not as tight as Grey suggests. The most damming thing is he puts himself out there in the relevant time frame. The eye witness testimony is inconsistent in terms of his physical description. The cartridge science is bull, although that it is the same caliber and make and model don’t help RA either. The eye witness description of the car doesn’t actually match. And the time frames are all approximate, and actually undermine Grey’s account - he has him out on the third landing or whatever, but then suddenly not there for the photos. Yes, of course he could have doubled back, but we actually don’t know that he did. More inconsistency with the eye witness who supposedly saw him on the road. I’ll reserve judgement on the admissions until I hear the recorded calls. Of course he also came forward and admitted to being out there. That doesn’t actually suggest consciousness of guilt. We’ll see what happens.
@@tomas746 that is probably the biggest pile of shit I've heard in a while. Let's use some common sense here. If I'm dressed like a guy, look like a guy and I'm at the scene at the time that the guy was there murdering someone, I'm more likely than not- the guy who did the murdering. His car was seen there on camera. And he says he was "watching fish". Please. Even without the admission I believe it's him.
Thanks for sharing this and taking the time to lay it out this way. I am saving this and will compare it to how the time line is laid out in court when the trial does finally start. The way you put this together makes sense and it makes Richard Allen look guilty because he is, or at least I think he is with the info we have at this point in time. I still wonder if he had a partner waiting in the woods. It could be a possibility but nobody else saw another male adult on the bridge or trail. For some reason I feel like there is a huge chuck of this story we do not have yet. I understand why the DA & ADA have to keep some things to themselves until the trial starts and having the first amendment does not equate to us citizens being able to get every piece of info on a case before it goes to trial. Many people seem to get confused on this issue. If releasing certain info means a killer or an accomplice could walk free then we do not have a right to put the case in that position and possibly create a situation where guilty people escape justice. I somehow doubt when the constitution was being written the scriveners wrote the first amendment so regular citizens or the media who would report it to regular citizens could get 100% of any info related to a criminal case before the trial which could potentially jeopardize justice being served to the guilty parties involved. Many people, especially here in the US have a twisted view about what their rights are and are not with this notion that having rights means they are entitled to get enough info before a trial starts so they can figure out beyond a reasonable doubt if the suspect is guilty or not. Having rights does not mean people get to have info before the jury is even chosen or the trial has started. I have this gut feeling Kegan Kline has some connection to this case even if he was not part of the actual murder but this is just my opinion & if he is involved there may be a good reason the DA is withholding this info until the trial starts. Who knows, maybe there isn't any more info or maybe Kegan Kline has nothing to do at all with the case. It does seem strange that after they got the online profile he was using they suddenly were searching a river after they interrogated him and then Richard Allen was arrested very shortly after that. Again, this is only a gut feeling or opinion which may be all it actually is. Hopefully the trial will start soon so we all can hear what really happened and how it all went down.
Problem is BB saw a younger man on platform one. Also, she described him as wearing jeans and a blue jean jacket. You left those two points out. She also assisted in a sketch of YG. I could go on but dont want to burst any balloons here.
You know...with him changing the time, it's a little confusing but he's locked in to the original times and 2017 statement he made! He was there 1:30-3:30. It's him! Please, there is no reasonable doubt! 🦋🦋
Hard to believe that Richard Allen would do this crime knowing that other people are around in close proximity to catch him or see him to identify him.
Now go and research just how brazen and careless hundreds of killers are/have been throughout history. People like Allen are not mentally built like regular empathetic people and their urges supersede their fear of being caught. It’s exactly why they do get caught. It’s hard to believe because you’re treating Allen like he’s not a psychopath or of similar neurological standing which it’s very likely he is to commit such an offence. It’s not hard at al to believe when you understand the mindset of people like this.
I agree. He worked at CVS and the entire town knew him. Plus he isn’t very smart, but this killer was smarter than the best of best killers because he managed to not leave a single piece of DNA in the stabbing death of two people at the same time. The fact he wasn’t recognized by name and also didn’t leave dna leads me to believe it wasn’t the slightly dim bulb that is RA. It was someone else, someone much more savvy.
@@ItsSVO I’m so glad you can have a conversation without insulting people. So, I’m not an investigator because I don’t agree with you? You are obviously a deuchebag narcissist who can’t respect anyone else’s opinion that differs from yours. We were all having a nice enjoyable debate and then you whip out insults. You need to check yourself Jordan. Yes, you are correct that criminals can be dumb and put their passion and desires in front of their senses, which supports my point about him seemingly not planning well enough to not leave any DNA. And the fact he works at CVS makes him recognizable. I didn’t say he wouldn’t do it because he thinks he would be recognized, I am saying because people didn’t say it was the CVS guy, I believe that lends credit to it being someone else. I’d bet Everyone of those witnesses had shopped at CVS and had RA as a cashier at some point… but yet they just say it was some random guy, not the CVS guy.
One thing that some people argue about is that it is strange RA would take the risk to walk along the road after the crime. And that he did not take time to compose himself. After all he could have washed up a little in the creek. But it makes sense looking at the timeline. It appears that he left the crime scene around 3.45pm. And was seen by the woman driver a few minutes later. This is consistent with Libbys father arriving at the trail around 3 30 starting to call libby's name, asking people around, growing anxious and calling the phone multiple times. We know the calls went through so there was signal so at the very least, RA realized that someone was already searching for the girls ( the phone was below abbys body) an hour after they went missing. And he propably heard the father calling the girls name from the bridge or trail a football field away from the crime scene. Thus it is probable that he rapidly escaped through the cemetary and along the road, avoiding the trail with the father searching his daughter. The affidavit does not mention the camera seeing a man walking at the store. But that does not mean this footage does not exist. Maybe he knew there was a camera and avoided it at that point. That is a possibility too. Also the fact that they found Libby's phone beneath Abby is strange. But as she was wearing Libbys pants, that maybe why. Libby would have put her phone back in her jeans when they went down the hill. Now ot is possible that when RA heard the phone ringing, he looked around, searched for it and found it. And then eventually dropped it in the leaves when he saw he kept ringing and the calls from the trail became closer. The same way he lost an unspent bullet form his gun? There may have been fingerprints on the phone if allen took it in his hands at that point.

I agree with you, Gray.
Also, i find it frustrating that it took so long for the arrest when there's been a photo of the killer since day 1. But at least he's caught now.
And I don't believe for a minute that his wife didn't know it was him, immediately upon the release of the video!
I hope when this case finally makes it to court there is an intelligent jury that can find it's way through all the crap that is sure to be thrown around.
The pictures unfortunately weren't clear enough to find bridge guy but will aid in his conviction.
I recognize bridge guy as Richard Allen. I can see enough of bridge guy's face to see it's Richard Allen.
You were right all the way back years ago Gray… great job with complete follow through
Very good rundown of the timeline and of what is most likely the state's case against RA.
So you would let any accomplice go free?
@@bobbierobinson6269I don’t think they were going that far with what they were saying.
It helps tremendously that he is the only man seen on the trail that day and that he was seen leaving at the end.
thanks Gray. been following this case since the start and that is when I found your youtube channel.
RA is BG.
Again Gray, I’m so happy you’ve made the decision to keep putting the facts out there to combat all the crazies! Libby and Abby need you! Thank you!
Yep. The same with the Idaho murders. It’s probably the same people too.
Excellent timeline. Thank you for this.
A crazy urge he couldn't fight...a fantasy....or monetary compensation for filming something?
We may never know He may have had sick fantasies and he had the opportunity to act out
There is no explanation that we would understand.
kegan kline is no connection imo.

Great analysis here! Thanks for taking the time to post this!
where are you getting the date of the conservation officer interivew?
I agree and have said all of this. I think he saw his image on the news and wanted to get in front of it.
Nothing like facts, video evidence, a timeline, multiple witnesses and satellite image maps to clear up this series of events. Thank you! This story breaks my heart
This is a great summation. I believe people are innocent until proven guilty. They have so much evidence on this guy they have successfully proven him guilty. We’ll see what the defense is in court, but so far it’s very lacking.
what evidence?
@@michaelsiemasko7597
1. countless witness statements putting him at the scene at exact times.
2. His own admission to being there at the same times and to seeing the witnesses to support their claims.
2. His car being seen parked during the timeframe of the murders corroborating witness claims.
3. His own description of his attire matching the “bridge guy” seen on the victims video recording.
4. Bullet casing at the crime scene matching the same marks caused by a gun he owns.
5. He has confessed to the crime 5 times whilst in jail to friends and family.
6. Changed his story recently about the times he was at the trails which means he’s lied to try and put himself elsewhere during the murders despite his initial testimony and camera/witness evidence proving otherwise.
That’s off the top of my head and there’s probably more I’ve missed. There’s definitely more that will come out in trial also.

Thank you for starting with your thesis. Now listening to the rest of your presentation. 🇨🇦excellent.
You got some points there.
@@beccagee5905 which is why I said they are violating his right to choose his attorneys “ now that they’ve said they’d do it pro bono.” A pro bono attorney is no different than an attorney you hire. Once they went on the record as representing him pro bono they were no longer “appointed counsel.”
And you have no idea what you’re even talking about.
@@Luv2LuvEm It's not the attorney's right to try the case outside the court.

Good job, Gray! I liked that you got to the point, and presented the time line in a simple way.

Agree. Richard Allen’s being there and his movements are being clouded over by all these other theories being thrown out there.
Excellent job Gray!
Yes, Allen was BG, but WHO was the boss sounding guy at the end of the audio? THAT guy was the killer but Allen can never say or they’ll kill him.
JUSTICE FOR ABBY AND LIBBY
Edited to add: I'd love to know which girl's phone was talking to Kline and which was filming.

@@GrayHughesInvestigates do you know if the full video has ever been released anywhere?
Yours is the only rational comment on this whole thread.
I can't believe people think RA is innocent
In before the “innocent until proven guilty” crowd arrive completely missing the point.
Thanks for your work Gray
All along I have been of the exact same belief as you just laid out.
You know...with him changing the time, it's a little confusing but he's locked in to the original times and 2017 statement he made! He was there 1:30-3:30. It's him! Please, there is no reasonable doubt! 🦋🦋
So in 2022 he claimed to leave at 1:30?
But in 2017 he claimed that he got there at 1:30?

Hard to believe that Richard Allen would do this crime knowing that other people are around in close proximity to catch him or see him to identify him.
That's why he had a mask/disguise
Now go and research just how brazen and careless hundreds of killers are/have been throughout history. People like Allen are not mentally built like regular empathetic people and their urges supersede their fear of being caught. It’s exactly why they do get caught.
It’s hard to believe because you’re treating Allen like he’s not a psychopath or of similar neurological standing which it’s very likely he is to commit such an offence. It’s not hard at al to believe when you understand the mindset of people like this.
I agree. He worked at CVS and the entire town knew him. Plus he isn’t very smart,
but this killer was smarter than the best of best killers because he managed to not leave a single piece of DNA in the stabbing death of two people at the same time. The fact he wasn’t recognized by name and also didn’t leave dna leads me to believe it wasn’t the slightly dim bulb that is RA. It was someone else, someone much more savvy.

We know the calls went through so there was signal so at the very least, RA realized that someone was already searching for the girls ( the phone was below abbys body) an
hour after they went missing.
