Hard work, ambition, and putting every dime back into his company like he said. If not a millionaire already, he will be soon... and deservedly so. Create that generational wealth.

You must've hit the lottery or something because it isn't even close to that is to go from 1 truck to a company and fleet of 30 inside 6 year's. I know as I grew up in the trucking industry as my father was an owner operator for many years over-the-road before later starting his own company which grew to almost 20 trucks over the course of 15 years here in New England. Things like longtime accounts dropping you and rising fuel costs, constant competition can make it utter hell on the small guy. Maybe you got in with a good deal and made alot of profit and got lucky, if that's the case then good on you kid.
Exactly my thought, I’m 23 been killing it since 18 and have one truck paid for 97 W9, couple vans, flatbeds and my house paid for. I’ve been running 120hr weeks every single year grossing 10k+ weekly and I can’t understand how I could possibly grow to 30+ trucks in 6 years.
Because they don’t have this young man’s drive and ambition. First big pay they get the go buy houses, cars, hotrods… stuff that doesn’t make you money.

He’s clearly done it. No need to overthink it.
Why do truck drivers complain they don't get paid enough when I hear so many stories of "I bought 1 truck and now I have XX amount of trucks"
Because they don’t have this young man’s drive and ambition. First big pay they get the go buy houses, cars, hotrods… stuff that doesn’t make you money.
@@rwhutcheson yep! Been at it since 24 years old 29 now always invested in my business ,
