      I think when I was younger, I thought I would be over it by my late 20’s and now I’m here and having the same struggle as always. I know this may be a lifelong battle but I hope we get through this on top together!

    Hi ive been a subscriber for awhile i truly enjoy your videos especially since I'm also in bed recovery! 8 months binge free! I completely relate completely with this video the best advice id give for what's helped me is mood journaling and mindful eating i eat without being on my phone, watching tv, or listening music, and also putting my fork or food down while i eat basically it helps me really enjoy my food and focus on how great it tastes
    Take it day by day you got this!! i truly appreciate you sharing your journey! ❤️

      I love the idea of mood journaling! I’ve debated adding a mood area to my bullet journal but I’m embarrassed to add it so late in the game LOL

    another great video!!! my weird food combination is popeyes red beans and rice with the crispy chicken skin crumbled in, mixed with a packet of strawberry jam. i feel like it’s not too too weird, but my family always looks at me sideways 😂

    As good a deal as the Too Good To Go bagfuls are, I don’t get them because it is dangerous for binge-eaters to keep temptations in the house.
