Always only trusted Ghulam of Knightfrank to get facts of real estate. Thanks Anupam for getting Ghulam Zia. Been listening to your podcast for couple years. Every episode was valuable. More power to you.
Bengaluru has now the worst Infrastructure, terrible traffic conditions, and a polluted city and there will be no water in upcoming years! In the coming years people will be in a total WFH mode due to the upcoming financial crisis globally, builders are already aware and creating a FOMO among customers with overpriced units. Beware! Beware! before investing.
I am from Lucknow, working in Bangalore from 8 months and I am sure I don’t want to settle in Bangalore. The traffic is a mess, going anywhere in the city takes a toll on you will all the traffic, water scarcity and everything is expensive. Though I am fairly compensated but everything just doesn’t feel like it’s worth it. Most of the 20s young population who are coming from outside into Bangalore don’t want to settle with family here. Pune is good, Gurgaon OK, Noida is great. Hell, even Chennai is good. I have lived in Chennai for more than an year and found it OK to settle a family.
You need to let Ghulam Zia to give us his perspective on Urdu and Urdu Literature and History. This is better than any real estate talk. Paisa Vaisa Chalta Rahega Lekin History is immortal
Well hardly matters if you don;t buy people want bigger homes, but the matter of fact and data says people are opting for bigger homes. Builder have started building bigger homes.
Indian real estate is a bubble...going to burst soon. Mark my words. Come back in 2025 Oct. Bengaluru real-estate unnecessary price without any real infrastructure development. Full of traffic jam No roads no water polluted lakes nearby builder asking 12-13K per sqft fresh launched property. You can't charge me for a metro which is 10 km away from the property.
Namma Metro is simply a BIG joke, a worthless mode of transport here, who will use it, most people are working in MNCs's how they will commute, Cab, Metro and Cab then Office and vice-versa! Just think of it.
Real estate is expensive because land prices, and most of those deals are done with cash. Everyone earning money in corporate sector are the biggest suckers. Your taxes are subsidising land owners and you are also buying overpriced real estate

My apologies for this slip up. And thanks a lot for highlighting it. Indeed it is projected to be 6 trillion USD over next quarter of a century.
Yeah and there is no way India is going to be 30 trillion economy by 2050
Nonsense boring discussion.

This gentlemen looks like he’s following Mohammed’s sunnat. I’d keep a close watch on him. Please ask him does he condemn all pedophilia ?
