LNER please post the real time versions of your cab rides, caption them with stations and speed limits, this is good but it's more enjoyable watching the world go by at true speed more, thanks.
This was the Flying Scotsman service, I can tell. But I would’ve preferred it if you had it in real time, I understand you’d have to mute it for security reasons, but doing it in real time with just music as the sound would be even better.
Wow I really need to go down the ECML, I'm impressed with Train Simulator as i have a train sim DLC that runs from Newcastle to York and it's very similar, the only difference being it's in the 1970s with no overhead wires!
4:16 The HST that sounded 100 tones for me was shot at this crossing but an Azuma bowled it and didn’t even sound their horn to say sorry let alone wave 😥. I hope everyone stays safe in this lockdown and have a great day.
Edinburgh Waverley (EDB) to London Kings Cross (KGX) is 393 miles and 13 ch. Your video is 5m 52s and 16 frames - start-to-stop. That works out at 78 yds, 1ft and 5ins per frame (on average). That is three times the distance required by a driver to be able to read a number plate. And here the speeds are in 3 figures a lot of the time. Give us a break, pal. Get real, re-do this at a sensible frame rate. It is not London to Brighton, you know!
Very blurry, I think UA-cam can't refresh the image quick enough as it's changing so fast. Like others, I'd have preferred a slower or real time film, maybe with some narration or on screen facts?
You should do a real time cab ride LNER. That would be amazing.
or could we make the trains go this fast?
Ewan Jones imagine the G’s!
Newcastle to Bournemouth in 5 mins - excellent 🥰

It would be good if they subtitled the stations as they passed through to give you some idea whereabout it was.
Awesome. Real time would be awesome too. Love the music - what is it?

The train didn’t stop at York, so can only assume it’s the famous ‘Flying Scotsman’ service?
Ross 30453 Looks to be, the sun lighting would make it right, and the fact it used the Darlington avoider would make it the Scotsman
The first azuma EDB-KGX 01/08/2020
It did stop at York, after Newcastle
@@markdixey3180 it was non stop from Newcastle to KGX.
You blinked!
The most profitable route in the UK!

Finally, competition for Easyjet!
Could we see this at normal speed please. There are quite a few northbound journeys but virtually no normal speed southbound journeys.
Was that service the flying Scotsman as it did not stop at York
Any chance of this being posted in real time?
Really enjoying these clips LNER. Though as others have suggested, real time would be better.
This is my dream job
same
I see that this is the famous Flying Scotsman service but is also the first Azuma from Edinburgh to London Kings Cross on 01/08/19.
Hi mate its NorthEastTrains
I can also see myself at 03:17 on the end of the platform at York Railway Station.
Hi.
What about the other direction from London to Edinburgh?
Would be great to see LNER do this journey on video over an hour, slower and with a commentary.
Are there plans for increased service to Glasgow?
Now I know this was filmed last year because of the 313 are still running
About 4000 mph average. Impressive :)
Would have been so much better in real-time and see the whole run down that way, rather than in this form, people will watch.
I wouldn't, I've got better things to do than sit for hours and watch it
@@bonkeydollocks1879 they listen to it in the background. That's what I do with these cab rides
@@re57k fair point, I will give it a go 👍🏼
Blasting on the ECML at the speed of light 😂
4:09 is Grantham
Muy bueno!! Tambien estaria bueno a velocidad normal para los que no podemos viajar, saludos
Geoff Marshall was on this service!
4:27 is I think tallington

If you play it at 2x speed you can do it in just 3 mins 1.5 secs...
Oooooo, extremely FAST!!
SMTRMD it’s a timelapse
Why where there a lot of spotters at the start are we not supposed to be in lockdown
Jacko5do5 ah thanks but why where they there was it a special train?
Flying Scotsman
Rather see it in REAL TIME !!!

Or Bradford Forster square to London kings cross
Was actually the 0600
Can I have a timestamp pleeaaasseee

Time
Even in time-lapse, this is far too quick. Slow it down to 15 minutes duration would be more acceptable.
1:22 squirrel got run over
First lol
Unwatchable. Why would LNER do this?
This is absolutely pointless.
This is totally WORTHLESS!!!!!!!!
