    This game really looks nice.
And I really appreciate it that the game-designers have thought about adding historical (fun) facts to it as well.

awesome video as always. Idk if this is a game for me. I'm very if-y with exploring games. Alot of rules that sometimes takes the fun out of playing it. Idk, I like having alot of stratagy in my board games but I don't want too much where it takes the joy out of the actual playing of said game.

Yep, what people enjoy in games varies a lot from player to play, to be sure.

***** don't get me wrong, it looks like a very well made game and I can see a lot of my game buds go head over hills for this. I love the bluff element part of it but when I'm then given a list of options I usually become my own worst enemy in these games.

A follow up / more in depth play to show the nuances and strategy would be great. I believe the example play is mistaken on the use of the action cards, they cannot be played with any dice, they must match the type eg a political action when playing a political die. Things for the new video include: show using the Doge token for a move instead of a victory point, our understanding is this move can be played as if it was any dice with one influence so it’s quite powerful, possibly gaining more than the 1VP. Also there is a lot of strategy around the Doge elections, saving cards as additional points in the next election or keeping for game play.

There are very likely mistakes in some of the rules. This was just a preview video. The publisher would come in, share a bit about the game with us, and we'd record the interview. If they got something wrong, we weren't in a position to correct it, but our overall hope was to provide a bit of a sense of the game before it came to release, in case people were curious. Our tutorials are focused on rules accuracy though, as we aren't reliant on a 3rd party or the details. Sounds like this is a game you enjoy though, which is neat!

I think my game group might like this one! Does it come with any solo variant(s) by chance?
