It could also be that she was trying not to burst out in laughter and also trying to not take any deep breaths so as to not choke on the powder lol. When that much dry powder is in your mouth one wrong move can mean choking your brains out lol so just trying to talk becomes a mental thing to make sure you do it properly so as to not choke
