He makes this far more complicated and daunting than it really is. Don't be put off....just get in there and do it and get the supplies as you find you need them. You'll find that you probably already have some form of most of them already. Those machining tools can be had at Harbor freight but very expensive for how long you'll use them.

Thanks for the very informative and in depth series on PE and Resin parts, I've never used either before, but with these two videos have the confidence to give it a shot...I'm also just getting back into modelling after a hiatus of roughly 20 years, and am kicking off with the 1/350 Tamiya USS Enterprise, of which I've purchased the Eduard PE kits and some Veteran Models launchers, so stepping into the deep end straight away. Plenty of aircraft and deck equipment kits to purchase yet...but future purchases.
    Cheers from Sydney Aus!!!!

I was wondering, on my resistance x-wing model, the tab on the edge of the left wing wasn’t big enough when they made it. Do you know how I could fix that?

BIG model kit and heaps of aftermarket PE and resin parts, yet very little shown being used? Waste of viewing time! 👎🏻
