Agreed! I feel sorry for the younger two. Even Minji, despite being the eldest, strikes me as someone trying to keep up with the mean girls, but is less effective at it (though she is getting better). As a westerner (American), we westerners are born with leadership blood in us and a sense of unearned entitlement (generally speaking, western society is NOT known to be humble lol), so it's no surprise to me that the two from a western upbringing, are the main ones, and also appear to be the ones less impacted (although I think Hanni's starting to feel the drag). On a human level I hate to see it. But also on a human level, is frustrating to not see justice prevail (even though I know it will, eventually). People don't like to see others in positions of power, get away with things. I pray and hope the best for all of them and if they do have to learn something, be it sooner and in a way that doesn't harm them in the future. Still, waiting for what will come.
You didn't mention it in the video, but CBS is a religious broadcasting station, and Hyein's family is very much affiliated with that particular church
Hybe is doing nothing right now because it's a bit too multi-national and are not yet convinced of any PR benefits in going after them in court. If this was a more Korean company, they would have definitely flex by now and be more aggressive litigiously.
There's another video that claims CBS is a part of a Christian and one of the NJ members hold a very high level position in that organisation. Making it a 'religious war' in the words of MHJ.
I have a potentially stupid question . What exactly are they performing? Are they able to perform songs that belong to the name New Jeans and Ador? Or do they have credits on the song and, therefore, own copyright? Can someone who understands copyright law fill me in?

Hanni is debuting a new song she wrote and composed herself live on this show and the members all together will sing Christmas songs so they avoided everything NewJeans brand related
@@Leah-dz8fythe appearance at the show alone is a breach but them singing Christmas songs and their own composed songs has nothing connected to Ador so it’s no copyright
Yikes! I was thinking the opposite. Like 'were they really this bad? How did they even become so popular when other groups have been slated for minor imperfections in dancing?
I think this is about optics on both sides .Since ADOR filed a lawsuit to contest the termination by verifying if the contract is still in the place ,the validity of the contract as present is in a bit of a limbo state . It’s neither valid or invalid only until the court decides but until then both sides can continue to play their narratives. ADOR can continue to maintain their position of the contract be valid but Ex members of new jeans also can maintain their position of the contract being invalid and start looking for independent activities. Right now it lies on the court of public opinion to decide what narrative they believe 🤷🏾♀️. Regarding the visa issue Hanni and her reps could have applied for another type of visa while the termination dispute is ongoing like a D10 visa so she wouldn’t technically need ADOR if she still maintaining her position that she’s left which she currently is

Why?

Be patient guys, HYBE is playing it slowly. It also helps HYBE to take more money from bunnies, also to benefit other groups.
Le Sserafim and ILLIT are benefiting so much from these brats.
NJ’s recent performances have showed that without choreographers from ADOR, those brats just can’t arrange dance moves by themselves.
Yeah. Also I think when the court decides their contracts are still valid, ador can charge newjeans with claims of breaches like those lives, press conferences and that insta account. They can make newjeans pay penalties for it while still having them work.
@jennifercallister1972 Yes, they cant take action now till then
They really look bad. Stylists too. Awful.
I think Ador will have to wait til this unexpected schedule to finish, talk with their lawyers and consider NJ’s future Ador schedules, and then Ador file for injunction to stop NJ from doing activity outside of Ador? Ador must have been prepared for this day to come for weeks.
I saw lawyers say an injunction to ban activities is rarely accepted and if rejected could support the breakdown of trust claim so Ador probably will just play the long game with their validity lawsuit but Ador shouldn’t have to just watch these girls run wild it’s a shame
With every idiotic action they take, NJ are digging themselves a deeper and deeper hole for Adore to bury them in. They're being REALLY stupid right now.

Hanni is even debuting her new song with a live performance on the show phew the audacity 😱
Because they said they left Ador. So, they can't sing any of NJ's songs, I think.
I don’t think all of the members wish they were in this situation but they were pushed because of the other members…
And I think it's that human nature, that's going to get even more to turn against NJ, even neutral parties and especially their peers.
when/if their contract comes out as valid (which i think it will? you can't just terminate a contract just by saying "i'm done" even IF there are breaches/mistreatment involved.....just look at VCHA, they have valid reasons, arguments, evidence and are still going through the entire legal process) we're about to witness an INSANE lawsuit in the upcoming months/year
They don't care. Because it will take a couple of years to resolve this case in court.
And by then the boat would have sailed long ago.
From what I see, overall machinery (politicians+big corporation+media) is very much interested in seeing hybe lose face and by same token let these girls+mhj win. Maybe they are confident in that.
And ofc they will shed new tears about that inhumane company's oppression that will tilt public opinion again in their favor.
I am so done with them and I am waiting for the day that they have to pay for the disrespectful bratty behavior that they are displaying. It's time for them to be black listed because of the damage they are doing to the k pop industry.
ADOR has Hanni's visa renewal papers ready, as well as plans for NewJeans' comeback and world tour. The path doesn't exist for them to leave unless they can come up with 620 billion KRW, which is doubtful. NewJeans could stop all of this foolishness by sitting down with ADOR. It's not too late! 🐇

BTS also have lately been able to do their own projects and HOPEFULLY when they come back they'll be able to have a little more downtime and not feel like they have to work so hard anymore. The difference between BP and BTS, and NJ, is the former two EARNED their position of power and power of negotiation of their terms. NJ started on the power trip less than 48 months from their debut. And went a mere weeks without their beloved CEO bf they set hellfire to everything bc they didn't get their way. They wouldn't have survived to longevity anyway. Hi. Maybe first time I'm commenting here. I really like your channel and keep up the good work. I really dont know at this point how this is going to turn out. I am an ARMY and really do not accept the way MHJ dragged every other grpup into this mess and the way H label and A company handled it. I think its better we wait for the legal and official ruling to come. Cuz no one knows what goes behind the scenes. I believe no one is a saint and everyone (generalizing) has to pay for whatever they did even though it may not be sooner. But suddenly seeing these girls trying their best no matter what (though they seem to be slightly srrogant in my eyes sometimes) really is astonishing for me. Everyone makes mistakes and i hope they learn form it. Like learning to stop hate trains to others and understanding how their actions affect their groupmates who they are colleagues with. I pray and hope the best for all of them and if they do have to learn something, be it sooner and in a way that doesn't harm them in the future. Still, waiting for what will come.
It’s really strange some people in the minority are supporting evil corporations over these girls standing up for artists
They're not even standing up for artists though. They're standing up for someone that is currently under investigation for alleged criminal acts
